Awful experience.

Awful experience.

I bought for the first time a digital code on eBay for a recent game. I wasn’t aware that they give you a seperate account instead of a code to download the game on PS Store.
When they gave me the instructions I did say apologies, this is not for me and if I could get a refund that would be great.
They messaged back saying of course they will give a refund no worries. 10 days later I have no refund and I’m out of £36 for no game?

I’ve had to go through PayPal resolution centre now and it’s incredibly frustrating when I have photo evidence they SAID they would give a refund.

Don’t recommend at all. :(
I just want my refund.

Best Option To Get Cheap Video Games

Best experience ever!
3rd purchase and everything gone smoothly as always.
Best option to get last video games for cheap.
Best customer support ever, I even got a gift from them.
