We booked two cars for pickup at 7:30 am (their opening time). No one showed up, and we waited outside for 40 minutes while repeatedly trying to reach them by phone and WhatsApp. With no response, we were forced to find another rental company at the last minute, at a much higher cost. Very poor service — cannot recommend this company.
