Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Although they advise of a response within 6-8 working days, I had a response within 1 day. The advice received was informative and suggestions of similar products was made where the sought after product was no longer available. Would happily contact this support team in the future if necessary!

Amazing products & service

Amazing products, lovely customer service team! Perfect package. I have ordered a few times from Murad and most of the times my packages arrived next day, even though I hadn't opted in for next day. One time a free cream was missing and the team dealt with it very quickly and I received it straight after. The kind of service you would expect from such great brand.

Great service

I had a problem with my order, some products were missing. I emailed the team and got a response the same day apologies for the issue and confirmed the other items will be dispatched this week. Next day I got DPD confirmation for delivery the next day. Though it's never good to have missing products the team responded quickly and effectively. Thanks Murad team!

Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service
I have made about 4 purchases from Murad so far and have found their customer service to be excellent. Delivery is always swift and communication is always clear with quick response to emails. One time I paid for a Sunday delivery which wasn't possible because of bad weather and when I let them know they refunded me immediately. Another time my free gift wasn't included in my package and when I let them know they resent it to me immediately without question. Emails are always very courteous, friendly and helpful. They offer great deals and a great product range. I would highly recommend them on all fronts.

Still waiting for my refund? 3 - 5 days and still no sign? How is this company allowed to trade? False advertising, pay for a product which never arrives and then they never refund you?

Horrible company and no customer service!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had a delivery of a box with a couple of samples but not my cream that I paid £60 for. After 2 weeks they finally got back to me saying they would refund this on to my card. Two weeks later I still have not had a refund and it has been 5 working days since trying to contact customer service but still no reply

Great products that work especially the brightening range

I have used murad products for over 2 years now, I have found most of them to be non irritable and particularly the brightening range to have made the most difference in my skin, definitely more even tone. My skincare is completely now made up of murad.
I have recommended mural to one of my friends who had difficulty with cystic acne and her skin is now completely clear. The retinol and brightening products have also made a difference to my mother's melasma.
So surprised to see negative reviews.
Definitely a brand worth investing in because it actually works.

Appalling customer service and communications

I received a box with 2 paper samples and no skin cream which was £65 delivered on 9.1.2021 by DPD. A further message was sent saying a parcel would be delivered on 11.1.2021 which I assumed would be the cream, however no parcel arrived.
I have sent a significant number of email messages (8) to Murad who respond by automated email saying I should receive a response 3-5 days. It is now 18.1.2021! There is absolutely no way to get to speak to anyone! This is absolutely appalling customer service from a company who describe themselves as a luxury brand. I am still awaiting a response.

Products burnt, blistered and peeled my skin! Awful! And no response from company

I used the products for acne prone skin. My skin burnt terribly, caused blisters and my skin was peeling. My skin has never ever reacted this bad to any products. I have contacted the company twice explaining this and have had no response which quite frankly is disgusting considering what their products have done to my skin! I will never use this product again and have gone elsewhere to Face Theory who offer a money back guarantee!

Unreliable DPD Courier + Lazy Murad Staff, Perfect recipe of order nightmare!

I made an order early of august, DPD Courier is uneducated as always deliver this package to just any random place, Thankfully there is proof of photo recipient showing a complete different house, chase both DPD and murad, DPD however did admit it's wrong because they can even check at their GPS Radius System courier dropped it to a different address unfortunately they said I had to asking for refund/replacement through Murad not them, so the nightmare began, Emails sent already 6x, Phone Number don't bother its inactive no one is picking up, Order worth £110 that is meant for gift I can say goodbye, so don't ever buy from murad,they are ignorance and reckless, better buy from legit company that can deal with issues faster and more reliable.

Will update already 21 days waiting to hear back from them! Maybe i just raise the dispute with my bank and be done

Disappointing - not as professional as expected

The products I bought were either faulty (broken dispenser) or were not as good as my much cheaper skin products (in fact my fine lines looked far worse) so I returned the products in May 7-8 weeks ago for a full refund. They confirmed that they have processed the refund. I didnt receive anything so contacted them again, processed incorrectly, they would push it through. Still nothing, on Friday they said they were looking into it and would get back to me. They didnt.
