Bought 8 latex murals for my clinic with nature scenes. Arrived as promised. Great quality, easy to hang, look incredible! Really good quality printing. Highly recommend.

Ordered a mural, took a while to arrive and then when I finally installed the ink smudged everywhere and there was lines running throughout, Tomasz was not helpful and said this is an installation issue when clearly ink coming off that is not the case and did not issue a refund/replacement and chose to ignore my emails.

Sadly I did not read reviews about this company before ordering. DO NOT use this company it’s a scam. There is no company, no phone number, no communication via email. I have been waiting 3 weeks and still no mural and no contact. So disappointed.

My advice is find another company. No communication, customer service telephone number also removed from their website. Thankfully we paid via PayPal and they helped us get our money back. Looks like they now only accept payment by direct bank payment - run a mile!

Our experience of this company leaves us more than disappointed. A disappointing product and disappointing customer service. We won't be using this company again and will not be recommending to friends. Our review is clearly just one of a wide range of reviews from customers that are demonstrating similar levels of disappointment.

The worst service ever!!! Placed order4 weeks ago, i have sent emails to get some updates - no response at all. Just received refund via PayPal without any information that they not gonna proces/cancel my order! Very disappointed.

I ordered a mural prepasted. Lots of issues with it getting here but I suspect to do with Brexit and they did sort it out in the end which I accepted.
However the ink ran in the image and bleached out the edges of the paper and now you can see lines down the joins. Followed all instructions so really not happy about this ....

Discount didn’t get applied at first. Slow responses (72hrs+) to emails for initial resolution, then no answer when product didn’t arrive.... 4weeks and still waiting (with no tracking information provided)

Very happy with the product when it eventually arrived. Waiting 25 days from date of dispatch to date of delivery. I accept this was affected by Brexit so outside their control but communication was poor - no reply to my email or telephone call so can only give 4 stars

Ordered a mural using our own photo which they said was no good. Fair enough sent a few more nothing happened telephoned e mailed still nothing Tried telephoning yesterday line was dead.

Poor quality paper and glue, very unhappy and wasted nearly £200 on a mural.
DO NOT BUY THE PRE GLUED MURALS

Will only accept payment by PayPal, wrong phone number on website, images are Adobe copyrighted, prices have dropped by 60% since previous bad reviews.

I have order wallpaper with this company which is completely blurry and not good quality, the customer service to try and resolve the issue has been appalling, they are refusing to acknowledge the problem and fobbing me off with its OK it suppose to look this way, when clearly it is not. I have asked for a replacement or refund they have refused both and will not accept the wallpaper back.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are happy with substsndard printed wallpaper.

Don’t bother with these. Absolute shocking service. Sent pixelated prints even though their representative said the files where of print quality. On challenging got fobbed off and that was the end of it. A total rip off company. The images they did print are on cheap paper and not great at all. Claim to be the best and they’re rubbish over £150 of my money they’ve had and all they send was poor quality products and then bad attitudes when challenged. Don’t bother people

Made to order however when it was time to put it up the ink smudged everywhere from the print!

Terrible quality

Purchased a large wall print for living room.
Print quality was mid-aligned and impossible to get the sheet match.
Had some correspondence with Mural 24 and they insisted it was an application error despite lots of photographic evidence to suggest otherwise.
They then stopped responding as they had no way of countering my claims.
Very poor customer service all in all, would not use again.
Maybe I am an isolated incident, but they do not come across as a respectable business. I have since found far better providers for these types of purchases.
