They are a scam. Didn't wear sneakers asked to return them. Never received a return label. Sneakers fit like clown shoes.

I want to start a class action suit against this company, how do I get that started? THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT, DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP CHINA CRAP.
CLASS ACTION SUIT!

The shoes are extremely uncomfortable and my feet were in excruciating pain when I wore them the first and only time. They didn't offer the comfort promised by Musabela. The company is refusing to accommodate me with a full refund and has offered a 20% refund and a $25 discount. They are refusing to handle the issue in a timely and efficient manner. They lack customer service skills and their product is inferior.

This company is not real. I order tennis shoes it’s been 45 days and haven’t received the order. They send me a tracking that is not with any carrier
Their phone number is not real
And when you send an e-mail the only thing that they respond is that they will get back to you and they never do

Shoes had no size markings and were several inches longer than they should have been. Customer service stopped responding to my emails and their phone number is inoperative.

I bought a pair of shoes and they did not fit the structure of my foot. I put in for an immediate refund following all of their procedures. They emailed back saying they would get back to me in a couple of days. They said they received my request and would be send out a return address/procedures. They did not. I sent another email. They said to be patient. I was. Still, a week later nothing. The phone number for customer service does not work. I do not understand why I can’t get a return address to send these back for a credit. This seems fraudulent. I would not buy shoes from this company unless you are up for a gamble.

Twice I have been sent the wrong shoes so when I told them I thought I would receive the right shoes the third time but nothing has ever shown up. It’s been over a month and a half and now they have ghosted me worst customer service in the world.

My shoes just arrived. When i o pened the package the very strong smell of plastic gave me heart palpitations And the shoes are terrible. They arent wide like i ordered. Cheapest plastic shoes ive ever ordered. They are made in China which explains everything. The websites says they are based in Irvine California. Uncomfortable and not supportive.pure crap. Total waste of $. They are awful. Don't waste your money. I wish I could give no stars

Wow. Ordered diabetic footwear for an adult and it was too small for my dog to wear. These were not diabetic footwear. Also seen that this place was stationed out of Irvine, California, but when you go to return it, it has to go to CHINA?!?! wtf! MIN IMUM SHIPPING COST TO RETURN WAS $50.00!

So Musabella just replied to my original review post with a generic message that they had already sent to me by email to my previous requests for a refund. They still have not given me any information about their support number not working or how to reach out to them in any other way. So no I am not changing my review until I can talk to a real person and get the satisfaction I am looking for. Sorry!

The only star deserved because they arrived. But a 1 star is too good of a rating. Shoes didn't fit. They are very light weight. No tags for size or brand on them anywhere. Took over a month to receive them. They are shipped from China even though they show different US addresses. They wanted to give $25 & 25% shopping credit for replacing them but never gave me an address to return for full refund. Customer service number doesn’t work, just disconnects so only communication through email. Now no response at all. I tried to get disputed charge at my bank and that didn’t work because I received the crap shoes. So now I’m out $65. Not sure where the 5 star reviews came from? All I can say, is good luck to whoever orders their shoes. Read reviews first and make sure they are truly a US company.

I purchased the Ortho Sailwind shoes based on their claims of “superb arch support” and orthopedic comfort. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received! the footbed itself is completely flat — there is absolutely no built-in arch support at all. The only support comes from a separate insole insert they include in the box, which adds some heel cushion and a slight arch bump, but it’s not integrated into the shoe. Without it, the shoe is like walking on a flat piece of foam.
While standing in them, I can already feel that my heel is slightly raised, which could shift pressure forward onto the ball of the foot — right where my bunion is. This makes me concerned that if I were to actually walk in these (which I haven’t, due to the return policy), they could become uncomfortable quickly — especially on hard surfaces.
The shoes aren’t totally unwearable, but the product listing is very misleading. Customers looking for true orthopedic support should be warned: this is not a supportive shoe without the insert, and even with it, it’s minimal.
Also, shipping took a very long time — felt like it came by boat from overseas.
I expected much more for the price and based on the advertising. Disappointed. so they’ve responded to me and said as you can see below that I will do whatever we can, but they say on there they’ve got this down to a T because they put that they will accept returns except you have to pay for it and guess where it’s going to China or they’ll give you 25% back. If you don’t want to send it to China this company is a scam. They know how to work the system

I would give a zero if zero was available. These shoes are like cardboard. I actually threw them away because it would’ve cost me $36 to mail them back to out of country to wherever they came from. I started looking at ortho feet shoes and thought that’s what I was buying And somehow got redirected to this site. Absolutely terrible quality.

First of all, this company is deceptive with the letters USA in their name. These shoes are made and shipped from China, which explains a lot…including the 5 week shipping wait. The quality of the shoes is absurdly awful. Cheap plastic soles that cannot possibly last for very long, absolutely flat insoles with included “free” bonus insoles. How can they be bonus insoles when the shoes have absolutely no support on their own? I was suckered into purchasing not 1, but 2 pairs of these “shoes” because the second pair was offered at a significant discount. When I finally received the shoes, I noticed right away that they were not the wide width that I had requested. Actually there is no indication of size on the shoes at all. After realizing the poor quality, I initiated a return request on the website with their 100% satisfaction guarantee. After 3 separate requests, I finally received a reply, accepting my return request. All I had to do was ship them back at my expense. Not a big deal until you find out that you must send them back to…you got it…CHINA!!! Anyone who has experience with international shipping knows that it is super pricey…so to return my 2 pairs of “shoes” with “free bonus insoles” that I paid nearly $100 for, I get to pay approximately $50 to ship them back. Does any of this sound deceptive to anyone??? BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I sincerely hope that a class action suit is persued.

Edit: As to the reply that I got below…I have already contacted them several times to try and resolve this matter and only received the one reply about how to send them back to the address in China. Nowhere on their website do they indicate anything about this being a business in China or that the returns will require them to be shipped there. The package that I received was sent from Elk Grove, Illinois…so why can’t they be returned there? This company is a complete fraud. I wish I knew how to file a class action suit. I would do it in a heartbeat! These scammers need to be stopped!!! And to the Musabela customer service “person” who replied to my review..you have my name, address and email. If you really want to make it right, you will contact me, since I can never get a response. I won’t hold my breath!

Ordered three pairs of men's size 12 and received three pairs of women's size 12. Took forever to get here and not able to wear.

Shoes don’t fit. Try to return. Will not send me the return address to send them back.

This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering a product online. I wish I had found these reviews before ordering. My experience was just like so many of these reviews. I ordered online from an apparent California based company. My shoes were shipped from China and took 34 days to arrive. I repeatedly reached out requesting assistance and while I got a reply, it wasn't helpful. The shoes finally arrived and not only do they not fit but they are so cheaply made. Terrible quality. I started the return process only to find that I have to send them back to China. I priced it out and it will cost me more then what I will get in a refund. This company is a total scam.

you make it impossible to return your cheap plastic china shoes. I finally got an address to return them to an you have to ship back to china. cost 58 dollars for a 74 dollar pair of shoes that are too wide , no size in them an no name on them nowhere. they told me they would give me 20 percent an keep them an a gift card for 25 dollars. I wont ever be stupid enough to buy anything from that fraud company again. they advertise musabella USA but they are from china. they buy a warehouse full of shoes from china an if you have to send them back you have to send them intentionally. I throwed them in the trash. couldn't even give them away.been ripped off

First I ordered these shoes in March. I ordered pink and blue shoes. I received the shoes in late April. The shoes were black. I emailed them and told them these were the wrong shoes. I was told to take a picture and emailed it to them I did then they wanted to see the size. I said what difference does the size make if they are the wrong color. This has been going on since late April. They are full of crap. Do not under no circumstances buy from this company. If I had seen these reviews I would not have done so. They also wanted me to send back the wrong shoes that they sent me at my expense. The gall of them!!! I hope they go out of business.

The company does not respond to refund requests on the portal and their phone number for customer service is fraudulent.
I am stuck with a plastic pair of sneakers for $70.00. They came from China but Musabela advertises made in U.S.
Total scam company. Do not buy from here.
