Lost customer due to poor service

Ordered a pair of shoes, paid $60 for them. I ordered size that wasn’t big enough. Paid $30 to send them back. They wanted tracking number. Sent custom tracking number. No replacement shoes ever received. They have even quit communicating with me. I’m out $90 and they are out a customer.

Shoes good; shipping from China not good

I like the shoes. They are comfortable and provide good support, although I have only tried them on for fit and have not worn them for any length of time.
My only issue is that they are shipped from China, which they don't tell you. Thank heavens they fit and I don't have to send them back at great expense. I was moving and they did not arrive anywhere close to the time stated. I had to wait a month to get them from the address where they were delivered. For this reason I probably won't buy from them again. They don't say that they are shipping from China and the arrival date is not reliable.

Great customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were too big. I contacted Musabela and they said I could return for refund, return and get future discount and credit or they would send new pair and I could keep the pair I have. I let them tell me, so they said keep the shoes and they will send me a new pair, so I agreed and I am donating this pair. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Excellent customer service and satisfaction. A+

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They don’t know they’re left from their right. I ordered a pair of shoes and when I discovered within five minutes that it was the wrong size I immediately wrote to the company in turn, they told me they’d get back with me within 24 hours. They failed to do so and told me to get the shipment was on its way. I had called and they told me that it wasn’t sent yet and they would notify me with a refund. This never happened. This is a fraudulent company and I would not trust them as far as I could throw a baseball. I notified my credit card company immediately and called the necessary people to report them as fraudulent.

lousy customer service

Lousy shoe cost Pain and I had to take them off within the first hour and a half

This is after fighting with them and trying to figure out tracking. I never did get a receipt took weeks for me to receive and was treated poorly. Stay away from this company unless you're willing to throw away money.

Refunds need to sent to China. Not the best quality product.

I ordered a pair of musabela shoes on February 3rd 2025 and paid for priority shipping 4-8 day delivery. I didn't realize that it's coming from China or I would have never ordered them. Now the tracking says by February 19th and no progress in shipping since February 6th. I've sent two emails to musabela and they never answered my questions the answers were vague and generic. Very disappointed in their customer service. In their name it's advertised as Musabela USA don't be fooled it's made in China.

Do not order from this company unless money to waste

Do not order from this company unless you have money to throw away. It seems here I'm not the only one that did not realize we would be dealing straight with China for any issues or returns. I ordered a pair that have several issues including very poor workmanship. One main reason I ordered was for non slip soles. They arrived brand new with all but slick soles. I'm a faller and would not consider once wearing these shoes. I ordered a half size larger and highest wide with for toe bed they touted. Eye appearance they look narrow. On the foot toes had a little more room but area right below actual toes are tight and rub on either side. Tounge area had what I thought at first were just loose threads but upon further inspection it is frayed from actual stitching and would come apart quickly. The logo "NICE" stitched on back of heel had improper sewing so as to not show full spelling on outer noticeable part. No order form came with the package at all. Musabela's statement on their website says crafted in China but does not state you're ordering straight from and dealing with China. This is very deceptive. Return shipping fees are for China not USA. That is not stated in their website return policy. I have not been to postal service yet for my return and to know shipping costs. In reading here what it cost others it's foolish to return when those fees cost close to, as much as, and even more than what you paid for the shoes to see any monetary value, if any, of an expected return of your purchase price. I'm also reading here that some have not even received their return money after several attempts to do so. Basically you've thrown hard earned money in the garbage and a pair of shoes you can't wear. Gives new meaning to a sucker born every minute. What should happen is a class action lawsuit against Musabela USA for deceptive and unfair marketing practices.

WORST shoes EVER

These are HORRIBLE for my planter's fascitis. Wish I read reviews first. Better to just strap some cardboard to my feet. They took a month to get here from China and came in a plastic bag, no box. The inserts provided don't actually fit in the shoes. I tried the inserts in good shoes and they were horrible as well. That's what I get for not checking reviews first.

STOP DONT ORDER

Poorly made

Poorly made! Soles very slippery, I am 70 yrs old and ask to return, afraid of falling. Well you have to pay to return them to China!! With $12 return to me and a $20 offer on a new order! Ha Ha never again, I thought if I ordered from there web site good right, absolutely NOT! $60 given to China for what! Do not order. I will only order from Amazon on shoes handled by Amazon, at least they help. Then I see exact shoe sold on Amazon $40 less

Do not order from this company, if your size is not right it cost more to ship back then what the shoe is worth. Was told they could not exchange bc of the busy holidays so told me I could get 30% of my money back plus $25.00 credit to buy again. Never received my money back and was told I was refunded m. I’ve been trying to settle this since the beginning of December!!

Do not order anything from this company. I bought 2 pairs of shoes both were to small. Paid $45 to send back to CHINA. THEY WILL NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK. Email after Email they keep asking for tracking number. I've sent 4 or 5 times then an actual picture. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FRIM THEM.
