Leere Lieferung, Rückerstattung gewährt!

Anfang August habe ich bei Muscle Freaks für rund 45 € bestellt. Das Paket kam bei mir leer an.

Ich habe den Absender unmittelbar kontaktiert und das Problem eindeutig geschildert. Statt sich ernsthaft mit dem Vorfall auseinanderzusetzen, wurde mir sinngemäß mitgeteilt, dass DHL das angeblich nicht interessiere, wenn etwas aus einem Paket gestohlen werde. Gleichzeitig wurde mir zugesagt, dass am darauffolgenden Montag eine neue Lieferung verschickt werde.

UPDATE: Möchte nachträglich festhalten, dass Muscle Freaks mir mittlerweile den Betrag zurückerstattet hat, besten Dank dafür!
