The service has been very helpful when I have any specific questions. The program itself is very nice to work with. I do wish they update the system as it does seem slightly archaic. All in all, I love the program and especially the price.

The diagrams and animations are well done and provide insite into the muscles used for exercises preformed in the gym. It's nice to understand when some says to do this exercise it works your delts or lats etc...you know exactly what they are talking about or realize they don't know what they are saying. I also like the way it peels back outer muscles to show the under lying ones. I work at a college and I believe anatomy students would find this very handy to study from.

I love the app. Great learning experience, but the main problem and why I can't give 4 stars is due to the fact, the videos abruptly stop in the middle of viewing, which is very frustrating.
