Great products and service
Bought a Muscle Nation hoodie for my daughter and she loves it. Oversized fit but not too crazy like a lot of oversized hoodies out there. Great quality and the green looks great. The service from MN is second to none as staff are always helpful and responsive.

Everything I’ve tried has been amazing! The Toasty Teddy Pullover is unbelievably cosy, the Rib Flare Leggings and Cropped Tee are super flattering and comfy, and the Backpack fits everything without the bulk. Even the Crew Socks are a win!
The Custard Protein Bars are a total treat, and I’m always raving about their whey protein and custards — so creamy and delicious!
Plus, their customer service is incredible, and the warehouse team is lightning fast with orders. Muscle Nation, you’ve got a fan for life!

Don't order from this company they are a headache. There are SO many other good gym companies to order from, Gymshark, Echt, KTP, CSB, Dfyne, Doyoueven, etc.
Save your money and shop elsewhere with a reliable brand you can trust.
They have inaccurate sizing and misleading product descriptions, good luck getting a refund from them.
Customer service is unreasonable and unhelpful just wanting to argue and prove a point instead of being helpful and actually rectifying the issue. I won't ever spend my money here again based on the customer service and false advertising.
It wouldn't take much to come up with a resolution for a customer who chose to spend their money here but instead they'd rather prioritise profit over quality and customer satisfaction and neglect their responsibility as a business to consumers.

Due to these hygiene policies, we were unable to accept a return for the seamless underwear purchased for the safety of our customers. We do apologise for any disappointment this may have caused and hope you can understand our stance on this.
We understand you’ve raised concerns around inaccurate sizing, and our team has been more than happy to investigate the items you've purchased. As mentioned in our email correspondence, once these are received back at our warehouse, they’ll be checked against our product specifications, and we’ll be in touch with a resolution if any faults are found.
Regarding the returns portal, our team also explained the available payment methods. While we completely understand the preference for PayPal, this particular platform unfortunately doesn’t support it at this stage and that’s not something we can change from our end. That said, we’re proud to offer flexible return options including refunds, exchanges and store credit — and you were able to successfully lodge a return for your other items.

I spent over $400 on activewear from this company, placing my trust in their glowing reviews and seemingly generous return policy. That trust was completely misplaced.
I attempted to return just one set — a bra and tights worth $120 — and was shocked when my refund was denied. The reason? They claimed the items "smelled of perfume." Not only was I not wearing perfume that day, but who on earth sprays perfume on their legs? The excuse was absurd.
I immediately challenged this baseless claim, only to be met with continued refusal. No offer of exchange, no proper investigation — just a flat-out denial.
This experience exposed the truth behind their so-called return policy. It’s misleading, and apparently, they will use any excuse to avoid honoring it.
DO NOT TRUST THIS BRAND. I regret ever spending a cent here, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. Customer service is non-existent, and their practices are unacceptable.

With that said, we also have a responsibility to uphold strict hygiene and safety standards to protect our entire community, including those with sensitivities or allergies who could react to strong scents or external substances on garments. In fact, in some cases, accepting items that are not in original condition, including those carrying strong scents can actually go against health and safety regulations and therefore not only putting our customers at risk, but also our business.
In this case, our team found that the items returned carried a noticeable fragrance, which unfortunately meant they were not in a condition suitable for resale. While we understand this may not have been intentional, we do have clear guidelines in our returns policy that all items must be returned in original, unworn condition — free from scents, marks, or signs of wear — to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for all customers.
Please know that contacting a customer to advise that a return can’t be accepted is never something we want to do. It’s always a last resort, and our team carefully reviews every case to ensure the correct decision is made. Our aim is never to disappoint, but to protect the wellbeing and trust of our wider customer base. We can see by our team's correspondence that this set has also returned to you at no additional cost.
We’re always happy to assist with returns that meet our criteria and regret that this experience didn’t meet your expectations. If there’s anything further you’d like to discuss, our team is here and would love the opportunity to help resolve things directly with you.

Their AMINO’s and Legacy preworkout is the best. Not to mention the quality of their tights and crops. I still have some going strong from two years ago. The thing I love most is their customer service. They get back to any queries quickly and help out any way they can. Can’t recommend enough!

I’m loving the protein water
