The sizing is absolutely ridiculous
The sizing is absolutely ridiculous, I ordered an extra small oversized t and it was too big even for my male partner who wears a size L. I tried to return it and was resent the exact same item, I’ve had to pay $10 for returning the item and now they’re saying I’m not eligible for a second exchange 😂 customer service is pathetic, I would not recommend buying from here

We’re sorry to hear the sizing and return experience has left you feeling this way. In regard to the oversized tee, our oversized range is intentionally designed to be a very relaxed, baggy fit as part of the style. This is reflected in the product naming and description, and we also provide specific tee and sizing guides to assist with finding your perfect size prior to purchase.
Upon reviewing your return, we can see an exchange was lodged via our returns portal and the same size item was selected in the exchange process. The portal provides a full return summary before final confirmation, outlining both the item being returned and the item being purchased in the exchange, to ensure customers are familiar with their return before submission. We can see the exchange was processed exactly as submitted.
In relation to the second exchange, our Returns Policy, which is available publicly on our website prior to purchase and agreed to when processing a return, states that under “Instant Exchange Australia Only”, we are unable to process a refund or another exchange once an exchange order has already been completed. In these cases, customers are welcome to return the item for store credit and place a new order if they wish.
We can also see our Customer Experience team has already been in contact via email and is actively assisting you with a resolution.

I have loved the flare pants in the past but being a bigger quad girlie sometimes they aren’t the most flattering. The straight leg is perfect! The material is so soft and comfy, the invisible scrunch bum is also so flattering and subtle!

Genuine Review - no fluff
Delt with Dakota, for a last minute order change in product fit(change from mid to high rise). She managed to get a hold of the shipping company and changed everything last minute. And was onto it with her communication. Absolutely amazing to deal with! On top of that, I have bought from Muscle Nation 6 years ago and still have the same cropped bra tank that had removable paddings, it is still in great condition after many washes and religious wearing. Honestly such great fabric and quality that actually lasts! Definitely worth purchasing from Muscle Nation. Please note this a genuine review of their products, I don’t have any discount codes to promote nor been gifted any clothing. But genuinely impressed with their level of service, communication and quality gym gear that is a true fit and quality that actually last and holds it shape. Absolutely worth the cost they ask for. And will confide to buy from them.

Poor customer service but Decent products when on sale
Decent products when they are on sale but be wary of sizing. Item descriptions need updated. Disappointed with their poor customer service policies. They are not the only brand on the market who offer these items at competitive prices so feel this is a must have. Organised an exchange for a product that was huge. Received the new product then had my card charged for the original product because they deemed it damaged upon arrival despite not having tried it on.

Our team assesses all returned items in line with our returns policy to ensure everything meets our hygiene and quality standards for resale. In reviewing your case, we can see that the concerns mentioned in your review were not raised in correspondence with our team at the time the return was lodged. You did note that the item had been removed from its original packaging, however no concerns regarding its condition were flagged at that stage.
When your return was received, our team identified marks on the garment that were significant enough to be clearly visible upon inspection. In situations like this, we do rely on customers to flag any issues with an item as soon as they are noticed or when initiating a return, so we can fully investigate and assess appropriately. There is also an option within our returns portal to select if a product is faulty, which immediately flags this to our team so we can review and assist promptly.
Without that information at the time of return, we are limited in our ability to reassess what may have occurred while the item was out of its packaging or in transit.
That said, we’re always open to reviewing situations where something doesn’t feel right. If you do have any additional details or correspondence you believe may not have come through, our team would be more than happy to take another look for you.

Website is super easy to shop on and you get great perks if you sign up. Everything I have bought has been great quality and at a very reasonable price.
