Best in class apartment quality/price

The apartment has perfect location, very clean, full of amenities, with a lot of space to leave your belongings. Everything is very well explained and it’s very easy to contact Muse if you have any queries. Super helpful and made our stay perfect. I will book with them again! Hopefully can be back next year!

My experience with Muse Holiday was…INCREDIBLE

My experience with Muse Holiday was absolutely fantastic. It started off a bit chaotic, as we initially planned to book through a platform, but they offered us an incredible deal for a direct booking, and it turned out to be the best decision.

The apartment felt like something out of a fairytale: beautifully designed, well-equipped, and incredibly cozy, perfect for a winter escape.

We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay in Ortisei

Wonderful stay in Ortisei, second time wit Muse. Great accomodation at walking distance from city center and ski lifts. Higly recommended!

Great experience with Muse

Was a pleasure to rent a beautiful apartment in the centrum of Meran. I had a great experience with Muse agency, the communication was great, they answered my questions very quickly and helpful. The checkin process was very easy and I received all instructions so good explained in the guest book. I enjoyed my trip and the time spent in Meran. For sure I will choose them again! Till next time!

Very helpful and well organised

We have used Muse holidays for accommodation in Ortisei twice now and would highly recommend.
Full information about the accommodation was provided including photos to make explanations easier.
This year our apartment had a code entry system so no picking up/dropping off keys required.
Muse are very helpful and good at responding to text queries during our stay.
This year our apartment was up a steep driveway and Muse came and completely cleared the snow from it so we could get our car down on departure day.

MUSE Holiday left us in the cold in Merano

Our travel troubles began immediately upon arrival when the apartment we rented through MUSE was frigid. We booked for 21 days but only stood for two days, due to the lack of heat in the apartment. I politely requested a refund from MUSE, highlighting our financial losses and the landlord's apparent penny-pinching compared to our previous experience down the street. Their team was responsive at first, forwarding the issue to administration and expressing sympathy. But after a weekend wait, the verdict came - no refund.

As managers, shouldn't they advocate for guests or vet properties better? MUSE's handling reeks of poor business practice - prioritizing rigid policies over guest well-being, especially for vulnerable travelers such as myself, a person with asthma and COPD.

Fellow travelers, beware - book elsewhere if warmth and fairness matter to you.

after careful checks, we can confirm that the heating system was functioning correctly throughout your stay. As this is a shared, centrally managed system, temperature settings are regulated at condominium level and cannot be individually adjusted by us. For these reasons, there is no objective basis for a refund. Moreover, perception of indoor temperature can be subjective and no similar concerns were reported by other guests or inhabitants of the building.

Endless communication. Basically their support babysitter.

Let’s get straight to the point: if you’re not the super patient type or don’t have time to communicate with them, just book somewhere else.
I spent a ridiculous amount of effort emailing and chasing them for replies—it honestly felt like even their own department manager was trying to push things forward on their end.

1. I completed the online check-in form a week before arrival. The system stated I would receive an info folder (apparently a 20+ page PDF), or that I could download it via a link—but neither worked. I emailed to ask how to proceed with check-in.
2. Since we were arriving after office hours, they arranged a late check-in and sent a link to pay the city tax. However, after I paid, they didn’t follow up with instructions for key collection, so I had to email again. They replied that the mailbox code would be provided on the day of arrival.
3. On the day itself, I still hadn’t received any code. I emailed again around 5 PM. An hour later, they called me—asking for the city tax, which I had already paid several days prior. After checking, they confirmed the payment and finally sent the mailbox code.
4. The promised info folder never arrived. When I followed up, I was told it was being updated. Without the PDF, we had to call just to ask for the Wi-Fi password.
5. I had also asked about toiletries. They answered, “Each property provides different amenities. If you want to know, we can check for you.” So I replied asking them to confirm, and they said there would be some—but none were there when we arrived. When I asked again, they explained that it was up to the owner and may not be included.

Overall, I exchanged over 10 emails just to get the most basic information. It felt more like I was handling their customer support than being a guest. If you’re okay with that, the apartment itself is quite nice—my travel companions were happy with it. But the management company definitely needs to improve its communication and internal coordination.

Terrible communication and no help solving problems

We rented a 10-people chalet from Muse last winter. We had some problems and unfortunately, the communication with Muse was terrible. They do not answer messages, say they will reply and then don't and are not helpful with solving problems. If everything is good with your stay, you may not have to talk to them and have a good experience. If you are less lucky and need their support - good luck! Book with them at your own risk.

Absolutely perfect experience with…

Absolutely perfect experience with MUSE.holiday! The accommodation was stunning, spotless, and in the perfect location on the slopes of Selva. Acess was with a key code, that way i had not to worry about loosing the key. All in all it was seamless af and special compliments to the guy on the phone -so helpful, friendly, and always ready to go above and beyond. Can’t wait to book again
