Second time ordering, only had Efile bits so far but they are my new favourite , able to collect as they are local to me perfect 👌

Super quick delivery and well packaged. An item I ordered had gone out of stock as I ordered just after Xmas and the team messaged me straight away letting me know that they will still be dispatching my order to avoid that being delayed and will then send the liner brush when it’s back in stock and even kindly offered a discount for my next order as an apology.

I ordered 3 e-file bits from Muse, the progress of my order was very clear right from when I ordered it and then my order came even faster than it said it was going to. I’m very happy with it and I will continue to purchase my nail supplies from Muse in the future :)

Great communication via email on product dispatching process and brilliant turnaround on my order.
I was sceptical of products due to past negative experiences but the dust extractor by muse really is efficient. It's sleek enough to sit at my desk with clients hands raised on a wrist rest and is not loud . You know it is on but it isn't noisy as such to disturb your practice. The dust it extracts is insane and you hardly know it has actually collected so much. I have been dust free from day one and am so happy with my compact super power dust extractor.

I absolutely love the efile! It has been an absolute game changer during my appointments. Everything arrives super quick with no issues. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
