Recieved my order within 6 weeks. Bought the sportsbag Chanel the Chanel beach tote and Chanel slippers. The sportsbag they are asking 160€ that is a pretty big price for a bag non leather. Quality is ok but the black band/handle is really too fake the Chanel logo is absolutely wrong. The beach tote was ok but also a little too high in price for what it is and the slippers. Sold for leather but is pure plastic. Horrible for that price. And the Chanel Logo on top was Made of fake diamond Stones. That was I think my fault that I did not see that clearly. I thought it was a solid gold colored logo. All together I really got my order completely but the quality is so poor that it is far too high in price for What you get. I Tried it spend 273€ and will not order again.

Scammers. Absolutely shocking. Terrible quality. Cheap material. Packed poorly. Arrived after 6 weeks. No response via email or instagram when I want to return. I am totally furious. Don’t buy from these scammers.

Order at your own risk! I’ve waited 4 weeks, said they would send tracking, never did. I’ve now raised a chargeback with my bank for a refund. They don’t respond to emails or instagram messages. Total scammers! As per their reply I did indeed receive tracking which doesn’t exist. Funny how they can reply to a review but not to their emails or instagram messages. They had their chance to respond before I submitted the chargeback via my bank and didn’t. My claim was upheld. Fraudulent?! Rich coming from a company who sell fake goods!!

Worst company I have ever purchased from and worst customer service. Three months after I had purchased order, I had STILL not received anything. During this three month period, I tried to contact them on IG, FB and email and no one replied to me. I threatened escalating my complaints to small claims and only then did I receive a reply and a refund. I would NEVER recommend purchasing from this company - I do not know how they are still operational.

Disgusting company. Ordered 2 items and paid for 2 items.
Only 1 item arrived.
They won't answer my endless number of e.mails asking them to fulfil my order. Dreadful.

Product received was drastically different than what was received. They didn't respond to my attempts at trying to return, so I filed a complaint with my credit card company. They then told the credit card company that I was a fraud and was trying to get a refund and keep the item. I contacted them again, and their response was "You’ve already filed a fraudulent chargeback so we will not be corresponding with you further- this matter is now with your bank." What a POS company.

Made a purchase in Dec, only received half the order (a $70 hat) in the middle of Feb.
The other half of the order $230 pair of sandals have not been shipped, and they will not respond to DM’s or emails for a refund or update of shipping
