Scan. Read all 1 star reviews. My charges came from musclegenius-c?? Then they charged me again days later.
They overcharge you for shipping after you agree and pay one amount. I got the product but I didn’t agree to pay the extra shipping charge. The otters belly stopped moving in two days and the music is SoO loud no way to turn it down. Fisher price has a better one- don’t try to be cheap!

I want to know why companies like these are not taken down! What does one have to do they are scamming people left and right yet their website is still up and running despite all the fraud. Thankfully I have an Apple credit card and they suspected it right away on the second charge and automatically declined the charge.

They took out the amount for the mush plushie and then a week later took out $100 from my account.
I have yet to get a refund and am still working on it with my bank.

But total scam, I ordered over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received even a tracking number.

Product is NOT as advertised and the customer service is non existent. I email and get back trash form letter emails with no info.

I ordered 1 mushplushie & got billed for 2. I tried to cancel order with no response. Then a fraudulent charge for a website modernmalemode.com charge for the exact 2 amounts to mushplushies popped up on my Amex. I requested & got new card. The 2 otters from mushplushies arrived today and neither of them work! Total trash! Total scam site!

I purchased 2 mush plushies from this site last night 29/08/24 before reading reviews. I cancelled my card straight away after being charged more than what was advertised.
I spoke to my bank Comm bank 30/8/24 and they said that they tried to take another $51.75 out of my account this morning, but was declined since I cancelled my card.
Also told If I don't receive purchases by end of Sept, they will try and get my money back.

Mush plushies.com is a real scam but I look at the bright side, I will always read reviews first before buying anything again.

I received my sleeping otter today 11.9.2024 and must say excellent condition and goes well, so will be updating my star rating

I ordered 1 mush squish couple weeks ago. First off the shipping fee was $4.99 originally but when I purchased was charged $9.99. So I try to contact the company, come to find out you can not contact them. I requested my order to cancel by email but no response back. The only thing I received an email was I can not cancel the order once it was placed the order, I literally contact within 10 minutes when I realized some was not right.
Then I was charged 3 times 3 days increments. I called my cc company explained the situation. I know I will not receive the item nor get refund.
By the way I saw this ad on Facebook and Instagram. I did notified both this site is scam.
I had to fill out the dispute form with my cc company and I am pretty sure it will resolve this matter but what a hassle you have to go through. Be aware please, do not get scam like I did.

I ordered sleeping otters. They shipped from China. They were very poorly made. Extremely loud music that you can’t adjust. The mechanism of the breathing part clunky and wires exposed. I read about the ‘’Mushclub’ charge after purchasing. Made all the correct steps to cancel this bogus subscription. They have just taken NZ$70.00 out of my account a month later. The charge was to ‘ ‘Squeezingcut’ the same name of the charge for the original product. I have had to cancel my card. DO NOT PURCHASE this is a scam.

I was charged way to much for my order. I did see the "subscription" that was added to my order before I was charged again but I would avoid this site at all cost!

Ordered for autistic child. Total SCAM. Do not order anything from here. They will send non quality items, that you didn't order. I have received emails, so called customer service, but there is NONE. After months of trying, they finally said they would refund 10%, then 20%, then the cost of what the error was. 41.00 USD.
Waited my 10 days, no $, reached out again, said they are having troubles in finance department, cannot refund visa. So I said again not my problem, send a cheque. The responded with open a paypal account!!!! Really! When I do, re contact them and they will re-open and start this lie all over again!
Shame on you and your company for ripping families off and using children-whom you could have made a real difference too. I hope some how this site and others put you out of business and fast. You all are heartless.

I got the Otter, but it did not work and I tried several times to contact them, but never go an answer. I don't recommend this company.

I have ordered from this website and they keep taking money from my card every 10 days 58 $. Now in a situation to cancel my card.

Ordered once and one of the toys was broken. Zero response from customer service and now I’ve had TWO fraudulent charges on my account!!! DO NOT TRUST this company!!!

Non existent customer service. Overcharged for shipping. And won’t answer any attempts at communication.
Total scam. The items somehow arrived from China and aren’t what they were claimed

I bought 8 of these for my grandchildren I was so looking forward to their arrival. First one we tried the bear didn't work just heated the batteries up so we couldn't touch them. Imagine if one of my grandchildren had gone to bed with it. Hate to think what could have happened. Tested the rest out of the 8 only 3 worked as they should. Wires are exposed or the mechanism for it's stomach was round it's side very poorly put together. £80 was a lot to pay out safe to say I've emailed them 3 times no reply. I've took videos of them no phone number now what company doesn't have a phone number. They tried to take £60 out but account was empty. It was a completely different name. I've since been on my bank settings under card payments they had only set up to take another payment of £34 but I was one step ahead and cancel card payments off.......

I ordered a sleeping otter for my daughter ( I'm a sucker for instagram buys 🙄) before I read the reviews here 😥. Anyway ita my own fault if it doesnt arrive but last night my revolut was asking me to verify a payment from moroccanoil. It didnt go through but just be careful

If zero stars was an option, I would have given it.

The item arrived but doesn't work and according to thier website they do not provide refunds, regardless I work for a manufacture and our electrical engineer has offered to take a look to get it working.

I sent a 'ticket' to Mush Plushies the day after the purchase, via thier website, to request they cancel my 10 day free trial to MUSH Club (which you are automatically signed up to and costs $39 a month - rounding up) but recieved no reply.

Followed up with another message a couple days later, no reply.

Tried calling on the phone but had to leave a VM.

So in the end I contacted my bank to cancel any future payments.

It was only 2 days after the 10 day free trial ended, that I got an email to confirm my 'free trial/membership/subscription' had been cancelled (likely cos my bank had declined any payments requested).

Import fees were not included, which was fine but I did make clear to them that if any payments for Import Taxes etc were due, I would expect the courier to contact me directly and for them to not take any payments claiming it was for these purposes

I didn't get charged by the courier for Importing in the end.

By the way, to cancel the free 10 day trial, they ask that you do it no later than 3 days before end of the trial period, by contacting them on phone or by submitted a ticket via thier website - they also list what information they need from you to do it (you'll find it all in the Terms of Service) on the website.

The auto enrollment for membership/subscription is common for some US companies, they are not the first I've dealt with, however they didn't make it easy.

My low score is based on all the chasing I had to do to cancel my free trial and cos I was sent a product that does not work.

I ordered 4 otters. They advertised for 9.99 each. A second charge came later for a different price. I decided to let it ride. I received all the otters and the kids love them. They weren't for the advertised price. All is well.

Do not buy from them! Received the add from Instagram. We did the payment and today, fraudulent transactions were made! Doubt any delivery will be made that we will receive it.
