This is a complete scam

This is a complete scam! We followed all requirements for ordering and they keep you believing the shipment is coming and then…“supposedly “ shipped item once and the box got returned to them damaged. Then they wanted us to pay for insurance on the box to reship which we ultimately refused to do and asked for a refund, at that time they said they would pay for the insurance and reshipped the order. Then that order was “delivered” to a false address that was not even similar to our address! Now they are saying there is nothing they can do!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!
