It’s a scam! I saw a 1 Month Free Trial for Youtube Music Premium and signed up for it. To my utmost horror, I got charged immediately for 1 month! Why did they charge me if it was a free trial?!?

While Youtube Music being a great application it has some (major) flaws..

1. While using the app certain tracks from my playlist cannot be played. Theres no problems when playing the tracks from a computer. Only the android app.

2. The "shuffle-button" in the bottom playbar is the real flaw, because it should be so easy to fix. It's almost impossible to activate the button with the mourse curser. The button shows no response when it activates while the other buttons (e.g. "repeat") light up.

The shuffle-experience right now is like:
"Click-no.." "Click-click-no.." Click-Click-yes-NO!"

I mean try it yourselves Google dev- It's just not okay.

Besides that I enjoy the service. I hope my review was helpful.

Bruh... Nothing Special

This whole "pay or get adds thing" is bad for every customer or user.

Not bad but I think it needs some improvements. I just prefer a different one for my music library. But overall great experience.

I like YouTube music very much. There is a really great range and other songs that people "Wish was on Spotify" are on youtube as music and videos come from videos sometimes.

It's good to listen to music just don't add so many adverts otherwise than that it is good so yes

If I was in charge of YT music I'd be very concerned and wondering how long can I cling onto my job. Only 55% think it's excellent?
YT music is utterly hopeless.
I own all my songs which I bought through the original music app or cd's that I own.
At least on Google play music I bought several songs a year. Now I buy absaloutely nothing and I'will never sign up to any YT music subscribing service ever, even if free or they paid me.
I'm so fed up I might just return to apple and get a 13 plus. At least then I've access to all my own music purchases and can purchase more songs without subscriptions.
Google were silly to think that everyone would buy into their music subscription.
As a halfway house, bring back the Google music app and run in parallel with YT music.
Then people can decide and Google guaranteed some sort of sale.

I really love having Youtube Music over other apps like Spotify and Pandora. I love that all songs I give a like to on Youtube appear automatically here. It has a very user-friendly interface and the Algorithm is excellent at helping you find new songs that you may like. Will definitely recommend this music app over all others.

My friend is trying to get into the music business, he's paid multiple times for this service, but they keep giving him issues, would you all try and get that fixed please? Otherwise it's decent.

The algorithm that find music is really good.
I always have a dope supermix ready.
Happy that Youtube provides a services everyone likes.

It's a great selection of Music but at £9.99 is poor value compared to others.
For example Amazon Prime gives you Music, TV, Films, Photo storage and more for £7.99.

I Love YouTube music but recently I tried to renew my premium membership and it charged me 1199 then I mistakenly bought a family membership for 1999 and neither service works at the moment also I cannot get in touch with YouTube in any shape form or fashion if anybody on here knows how to get in contact with a customer service representative please advise me as to how

Safety hazard for non-premium users behind the steering wheel

One of the features that's locked behind premium membership is the ability to keep music playback going while the phone screen is shut off.
While this might sound like an interesting way to push people into premium membership, it brings one very pesky safety hazard with it.

If you have a modern car, or a modern car radio with Android Auto compatibility, you wouldn't need, nor want your phone screen to be on, since you can just use your car's on-board computer to control various Android Auto apps being pushed from your phone. Youtube Music is one of them.

But the Youtube Music team forgot to implement an exception for Android Auto in their playback on phone screen off. Essentially if you're using Android Auto, music playback only works if your phone screen remains on, but then what's the point of having Android Auto?

Having to figure something like this out while cruising on the highway certainly isn't something you can call safe, right? I took the time at a rest stop to figure this out safely, but I'm sure others don't.

Who knows how many people that are on their phone behind the wheel are trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with their Youtube Music audio playback while going 70 on the interstate?

Sorry YT Music. This is going to stay a 1 star till there's an exception for Android Auto.
