Absolute must-have for small YouTube creators

A well-laid-out and easy-to-navigate website.
Clearance requests are a snap, with automated copyright clearances, and if automation doesn't work, just follow the simple instructions to enable staff to manually clear your video.
Staff are well-trained, very prompt, friendly and helpful, making the entire Musicbed experience a real pleasure, and an absolute must-have for small YouTube creators

They Wont refund $840 Auto Renewal

Been a subscriber since 2017 and felt like $840 was a bit much. Tried to cancel my renewal and their website wouldn't allow it. I forgot to follow up and saw $840 auto renewal payment a month later. On the same day I tried to cancel the payment and get a refund via email and they flat out refused to cancel and refund! Do not use musicbed!

The option to disable your subscription's renewal becomes available starting 30 days before the renewal (we send an email when the window opens). If you were unable to disable renewal, you were likely outside the renewal window. Our team is always willing to discuss manually disabling the renewal for you if your renewal window has yet to open or you have trouble managing it yourself.

While our standard policy and terms of service exclude any refunds, it looks like our team offered an exception with a partial refund. We’re always striving to improve the subscription experience, and your comments help us refine how we communicate renewal reminders and cancellation options!

Quick, helpful and solved my problem

Was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my subscription issue. He took the time to look into my account and explained clearly why I was having trouble with my renewal settings. His support made the whole process much easier and I really appreciate the clarity and professionalism.

Great experience with customer support

We were really unsure whether MusicBed was right for our business as it was quite a big investment for our small business. We had a million questions and we spent quite a number of weeks in talks with their customer support team (shout out to Jeremy!) who was absolutely fantastic, really patient and answered our many questions, along with explaining how it would work in terms of our content creation business. We have since signed up!

Terribly useless customer service

Terribly useless customer service. Puts a bad taste in my mouth and I wont be recommending music bed to anyone anymore. Scam service . Locks you in for a year with no trial time offered, emailed customer service and they were closed for the weekend, when they got back to me, they said there’s nothing they can do. There’s a difference between not being able to do something and unwilling to do something. So many other music services available nowadays. I hope music bed goes out of business for their shady scammy practices.

We do offer a 14-day free trial, but it looks like you opted to go straight into the annual subscription. I hate to hear that the process felt unclear- we try to make it apparent at several points in the checkout process and do not allow payment to be made until the box stating "I have read and acknowledge that subscription plans last 12 months" is checked.

Musicbed artists provide the highest quality music that they've poured their heart and souls into, and our agreements with them are based on annual terms. We make these terms clear and stick to them to protect our artists and their work.

I'm sorry you got the sense our team was unwilling to help, I'd love to pick up this conversation in your email thread to offer you some alternative options! Thanks again for your time and feedback- it helps us improve!
