This is just amazing website. First of all this is free of cost and the MD team give such a nice treatment to them who solve my most of problems.

MD support is very efficient and responsive. They are responsible and very professional at what they do. I really recommend Music Diffusion to be the music distributor on the platforms.

Easy website.

Decided to try and sign up for this service. The website is a mess, language has not been properly reviewed and signing up for the platinum service is a bit of a nightmare. Went all the way through registering many tracks, got to the cart to find that the prices were all incorrect. Tried getting support, but just like Amazon this company can't be bothered to answer the question being asked. They had no idea about what taxes were applicable and their end cart before payment states "estimated taxes." When I asked them to clarify everything they just kept sending me round in a loop. This company offers a great deal, but if they can't get the basics right; then there's no way they deserve my money. How could I possibly trust them to account and pay correctly if they can't even get the basic shopping cart correct!

After 15 emails back and forth with their customer support and then deleting all of my track inputs, MIKE offered to provide the platinum option for free for one year (I did not aske for this, by the way and never had an issue paying the $30). Whilst sceptical, I contacted him and said that I would give it one more try to see how good this service would be. I also stated that I would look to amend this review once I was sure that the service had improved. However, I was then met with a barrage of messages stating that his company didn't deserve this rating, that I was scamming them and I was generally being dishonest. On more than one occasion I asked him to delete the account, but he still came back for more. I have never met a company like this before and I definitely stick by my original review. BUYER BEWARE. If other buyers have had a great experience, that's fine; but I can only judge by the terrible experience I've had and there is no way I would be able to trust their competence in dealing with my music distribution affairs on my behalf. I will be going elsewhere.

They always answer emails pretty quick so it's good to now that there is a customer service and we are not left on our own (because sometimes it's a bit hard to understand how the website works ) I was happy that they changed my visual with no extra costs.

since I've been at Music Diffusion I see life in pink very close to very polite customers also always trying to help and support beginners

I registered for a free account but got an email to say I've been put on a standard account. In fact, I can't find anywhere in my profile for any of the account types. All I can find is fees to submit tracks which were not displayed before signing up. Why do these music distribution companies make it so hard???

Edit: I've just found an option at the bottom of the screen on my profile page in small text to upgrade and there is a £22 sign up fee! Again, this was not mentioned on the pricing page! And they say no hidden charges? How am I to believe you after this???

Not impressed at all.

ONE YEAR LATER musicdiffusion.com has flagged my review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience. Luckily I've still kept screenshots and will be providing this to Trustpilot. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
