I recently had an issue with a purchase because the credits I bought could not be used for the AI video generation feature I intended to test.
I contacted Musicful Support and explained my situation. At first, there was some clarification regarding their refund policy, but their support specialist, Ivy, took the time to understand my situation and ultimately helped process a full refund for both purchases.
I really appreciate the way Musicful handled the situation. The communication was professional, and they were willing to find a fair solution for the customer.

Musicful is an excellent app — intuitive, feature-rich, and a real pleasure to use for creating and working with music.
