I would like to thank Sara for her support in subscription’s cancelation process, I used the contact form, it took minutes to solve despite it was not the proper way to cancel. There is an instruction in FAQ section (cancelation procedure) Sara sent me for future purpose but in my case she did it for me quickly and was very polite.

Musicful offered me a half refund when I cancelled my subscription minutes after paying for the subscription. Why did I cancel? I cancelled because the service could not do for me what was advertised. My first attempt at a refund was met with a denial, citing their software did not malfunction, so I was not eligible for a refund. When I pointed out it was their advertising that was defective, I was offered the partial refund. No admission of a problem with their platform. No dialogue about how they had overstated the capabilities of their site. No message saying, "Our apologies, but that function is not operational yet." Just a generic statement that they value their customers so highly that they would seek to get me a partial refund. We will see if that actually happens. Either someone is not telling me everything, or AI is good at lying.

Sara come back after 10 minute and tell me that the problems will fix with 5-7 days iwant to thank her about the fast response that she gave me and I hope the problem solve soon .

I subscribed to the Pro Plan for $69.99 based on the promise of receiving 20,000 credits. However, after purchasing, I discovered that these credits are not provided monthly, as the website implied, but rather annually, meaning I only get 1,333 songs per year, not per month.

Here are the main issues I encountered with Musicful AI:

Misleading Credit Distribution: The website led me to believe I would receive 20,000 credits monthly, but it turns out that I only get them annually.

Expensive for Poor Service: For $69.99, you're getting 1,333 songs per year while other platforms like Suno offer more for less. This is an unfair deal.

Slow Processing: Generating a song took around 5-10 minutes, which is extremely slow, and the quality of the songs was subpar, especially compared to the free version (1.0).

Unreliable Download Speeds: Downloading songs in .wav format took forever, and at times the downloads wouldn’t work at all.

Two Versions of a Song: Musicful charges 30 credits to generate two versions of a song, whereas Suno charges only 10 credits for the same feature.

Priority Processing Queue: With Musicful, only one song can be processed at a time, while Suno allows up to 10 songs to be processed simultaneously.

AI Vocals Issues: The AI vocals mispronounce and/or skip words from the lyrics, which is frustrating and inconsistent.

No Folder Organization: There is no way to create a workspace or folder to organize the generated songs, which is a basic feature offered by other platforms.

Another frustrating issue is the copy-paste responses that Musicful gives to everyone on Trustpilot, regardless of the problem. Their typical reply is:

"Dear Customer,
Thank you for your comment and sorry for all the inconvenience.
We will check the problem and offer a solution to you in the email, would you please check it later?
Thank you so much for your kind understanding.
Musicful Support Team."

It’s clear they don’t actually address the issues or care about providing a genuine solution. They just recycle the same message over and over again. This kind of behavior is pathetic and shows a complete lack of accountability.

What is even more disturbing is that, despite my own terrible experience and the complaints of many others, Musicful has 5-star reviews from 90% of users here on Trustpilot. It's hard to believe that all these reviews are genuine when many people like myself are having similar problems with the service. This raises questions about the authenticity of these reviews, which could be artificially inflated.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this service due to these deceptive practices and the poor quality of the service. I have filed a complaint with Trustpilot and have also reported this company for misleading information. Stay away from Musicful AI.

Great website. I wanted to cancel my subscription but only because I do not use it regularly enough to have an automatic subscription.Katherine was very kind and efficient to sort it out for me.

Musicful has a good sense of composition. There are also a lot of options in creating music. I did many questions but they helped me doing their best. Thank you. MV and Replace didn’t work well, but I hope it do soon.
