Wow - horrible experience

Wow - I don't even want to give one star. I purchased sheet music and the "interactive" box was checked, next to the title. I purchased the music and it was not interactive after all. I wrote to customer service and they were incredibly rude in their response. I've never had that kind of interaction with customer service before. It was offensive.

Kim, you are increadible: you were presented with all information regarding sheet music prior to your purchase. You didn't bother to read it, now you are blaming us and saying we were rude? What a shame. And now you are trashing us after we canceled your order and refunded you? Now, this is offensice and rude! Wishing you all the best.

my favourite song

I was looking for notes to my favourite song, and found them here. It was easy to pay, the access was opened immediately, and when I had an issue downloading the pdf version, the support staff members halped me so fast, that I am still pleased and amazed. I will definitely come back here for more notes! Thank you!

Great service

I was glad to be able to download sheet music, but wish the default setting for an order was 1 instead of 10. Missed that detail and paid for it-literally!

Alice, minimum quantity is presented on product page and is dictated by our supplier. Usually choir arrangements have min qty 10 pieces.

I could not download the sheet music…

I could not download the sheet music pdf file. My device hid the file. It was very frustrating. I am very annoyed about this. The support team have not replied.
