My order to Music Video Resource was the Sat. Night Live 2 -set DVD of 50 Years of Music Documentary. I was happily surprised not only about its availability but also the very reasonable price; I thought it would be in high demand. With good shipping updates, it arrived last Sat. - less than a week after I ordered it.

Excellent product - I'm truly impressed with the caliber of the compilation of works. I bought a 3 DVD set of Neil Diamond live performances - there was even an extensive interview/bio that I didn't know even existed that was excellent - rewarding, wonderful. There was a live performance that I thought I could only see on YouTube, but, they had it, with the intros by Diamond himself. So pleased. All of the live performances that were included were perfectly rendered. The customer service and response from MVR is fast and helpful, friendly, professional. I'm very, very thankful to have found them. Highly, highly recommend.

I purchased a few hard-to-find concert DVDs from MVR, and it was like taking a trip back in time... only better! I would recommend MVR to any music fan wanting to experience some of the concerts from their past. Or any collector who likes keeping a library on their favorite artists. DVD quality was good and the shipping was fast. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will be checking their catalog for future purchases.

I purchased "The New Edition Story" dvd set on August 24th, 2023 after I received it I noticed that the Dvd set was not authentic they were fake counterfeit copies that were pirated without permission from the original licensed publisher who made them. When I reached out to this company an explained my concern and stated that I wanted to return them and receive a full refund the seller gave me a hard time and was trying to convince me that the dvd's they sent me were authentic when in fact it was very clear that they were NOT authentic copies. After about a half hour of going back and forth between emails they finally agreed to accept my return and stated that once they received the return of the dvd's that they would send me a full refund. A few days later I received notification from the United States Postal Service that the dvd's were in fact returned to the seller via tracking information I then reached out to the seller informing them that the dvd's were delivered to them then inquired about the full refund that they were supposed to send to me and upon doing so all attempts of communication were ignored by the seller who pretty much stopped responding to my emails upon receiving the return of the dvd's. I never received my refund and was scammed by them.

I’ve been dealing with MVR for a number of years and can’t recommend them more highly. What they offer is collections of music videos, concerts, interviews and rarely seen performances for hundreds of artists. For any given artist not only do they compile all their music videos, they sort them by release date and include all alternate versions as well. The same goes for their archives, which have interviews and performances you will never find on YouTube. They are absolutely meticulous in their attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction. Both the audio and video quality is superb on all their collections, and they even offer a number in blu-ray. Prices and shipping are both outstanding as well. But where this company really shines is in their customer service. I have never had an issue with any of their products, but have asked a number of questions about various collections. Without fail, they respond quickly, and are friendly and helpful with their answers. Absolutely first class in every facet of their business. They obviously have a real love of music and they are anxious to share that with everyone. It’s come to a point now where if I’m looking for something obscure I don’t go to Amazon or eBay, MVR is my first and quite often only stop. The best of the best. Highest recommendation!!!
