Terrible service!

I had ordered three items for a film shoot, so my deadlines were tight and not negotiable, which I disclosed when I placed the order. Communication was extremely unclear, even after I had a native German speaker look over emails to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding.

There was no notification that items had shipped until I asked to have the order cancelled because I was worried they wouldn't arrive in time and had to go look for an alternative option.

The order was split up, so I ended up having to pay much more than the initial quoted amount for shipping, and the second shipment arrived two days after my shoot ended, so that item would have been useless regardless.

As far as the ones that actually did arrive in time, they were a completely different color from what was pictured in the website.

When I contacted the company to complain, all that they said was that I had two weeks to return the items. No assistance whatsoever in returning, and for me to ship back in the timeframe required would have cost almost as much as what I paid initially.
