Purchased a Cape York Shirt, Sticker as well. Sticker didn't stick and they sent the wrong shirt (a bright pink one :(... ) and asked for me to send it back for replacement.

Terrible quality and even worse customer service!
I purchased a sweater from them and it arrived with terribly poor stitching. The material also had pulls in it.
When I asked about returning the item I was informed I had to pay the postage as they do not offer free returns!
Beware of the above if you choose to buy from them.
I have so far ordered two items from Musterbrand, and I doubt I’ll be ordering more. The first, in September, was a $80 hoodie. Other than the fact that they were a little light on communication, everything went fine and I got my product. Fast forward to November, I try to buy a coat as a Christmas present. I select XL, the only other option besides XXL, and finish my order. No red flags, no issue. I get an email a couple minutes later saying the order is received and they’ll contact me again when the product ships. I also get an email from PayPal that they’ve taken the almost $200 for the coat. I then hear nothing for a week. Just as I’m starting to get legitimately concerned, I get another email from PayPal saying that Musterbrand has issued a full refund. That was last week. At no point did Musterbrand email me saying “Hey we messed up! Sorry!”, they never informed me that the order was canceled or why. Now I won’t even have the main present for my boyfriend. To sum up: if you don’t mind not knowing if you’ll actually receive your order, then definitely browse Musterbrand. They have some good clothing other than that. Sadly, it’s incredibly doubtful I’ll be shopping there again.
