The service I've had from muubaa has been brilliant. The customer service team have been friendly and super quick to respond. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

I ordered the "Muubaa Remy Black Leather Bomber Jacket" and the leather is so soft, so luxurious, and so beautiful. It's one of the best leather purchases I've made and I look forward to using Muubaa again in the near future. The shipment came in pretty quickly as well, and the jacket was packaged very neatly.

Service is good and very quick despite warning some stumbles could be at busy time. Unfortunately, UK 6 in leather shirt appears absolutely huge and ends up at my mum. Pretty weird, cos my three muubaa jackets were always in UK 6. I want to advise to order UK 4 in shirts if you have similar profile: chest 86, waist 59, hips 86 in cm.

The item I ordered was received in good condition, as it was well-packaged and protected. It was just as advertised in pictures and in the written details on the site. Shipping was faster than expected.

Overall a great experience shopping with the Muubaa online site.

very good recieved my delivery in two days only down side expensive to return an item i had to order an 8 and a 10 had to return the 10, the good thing was the money was in my bank straight away.

I absolutely love Muubaa jackets, to be honest I'm slightly hooked on them after purchasing my first one a year ago I now own five!
My 6th I had to return to Muubaa purely because the fit was very small compared to my other UK 10s.
The refund was given the very same day they received the jacket back.

I was very excited about the piece I purchased on your website: a nice cropped leather shirt. As a ready to wear expert for a luxury brand I do know that every woman needs a strong piece in her wardrobe and Muuba offers that through their collections . My disappointment was the state my leather shirt arrived in, the buttons were loose and one of them was missing with no spare button in the envelope tag attached to it, turns out I had to go get it fixed myself because I planned on wearing it this week... That's a heartbreak, honestly the leather quality is nice, There are a couple other items I like online but I am hesitant. Worried I might get the same results, because clearly this shirt was pre-owned and sent back. And no one took care to check if it was irreproachable ,I did also take pictures.
So bottom line nice products but need to be thoroughly examined prior shippment .

I wanted to return a jacket a got due to the color being wrong. After emailing Muubaa they replied to me so promptly and did everything they could to make sure I was happy with the process. They even paid for my return shipping. Awesome company.

Paid for a leather jacket and two weeks later am told that jacket quality was not up to scratch and that I would receive a 10 percent discount on my next order that's not good enough..absolute joke never had an issue like this with a company before..they really need to be better organized and professional.
