The bomber jacket I ordered online came carefully wrapped (including a clothes hanger) and the delivery was very fast. The jacket itself is soft, well made, and true to the photos and measurements on the website. Very happy with my purchase!

The colour appears light brown but the actual item is light grey, disappointed.

I ordered a leather jacket in the sale in my size. Money was taken straight away to only be told a few days later that there was an error on the website and that jacket wasn't available in my size. I was apologised to profusely which I do appreciate, but to then be only offered 10% of a future purchase (which of course would be a full price leather jacket) would still leave me out of pocket. I won't be using the muubaa website again.

I had heard a great deal about Muubaa's products that they were of high quality. I purchased a leather jacket on sale and within a week or two there was a hole along a seam of the jacket.
I had to take this to be fixed myself at the tailor and complained about this to the company. I was reimbursed for the cost of fixing the jacket and a few pounds extra, however there was no real attempt to apologise for the poor quality or to ensure that my custom would remain with the company. I was happy to be reimbursed but good customer service in my opinion would have been some sort of gesture of good will. Like a future discount or something along those lines. The person I exchanged emails with was also unapologetic and quite curt in his responses.
I do not think I will be shopping from this company again.

Love my Muubaa gilet. Product arrived quickly & in mint condition.

My only criticism is that I felt the delivery charge to ireland was a little OTT & could do with a re-evaluation. Felt to me that the delivery to ireland charge could be improved upon somewhat & Muubaa management you might please consider.

Love your items though., I own about 10 of your pieces & really admire the craftsmanship & point of difference in how you work with leather.

My coat wasn't quite the quality I was expecting, not awful but a slight imperfection. They gave me a partial refund though and I was happy with that. Response time was very quick

Answered quickly to questions through customer service. And the garment arrived quicker than expected (to sweden). The quality looks good, size a little smaller than expected, but in a good way, since I'm between sizes according to sizing charts and I bought the bigger one.

Overall, high quality as expected but can run a little on the big side for a petite person. I ordered US 4 based on past reviews but found this jacket to be too big for me and should have ordered a US 2.
