The terrible service from this estate agent started before we even found the house we put an offer on. They didn’t respond to our initial email enquiries and then when we finally got someone to answer the phone. We were dismissed out of hand as we hadn’t sold our property. Everytime I emailed after that I still didn’t get the courtesy of having a response. Until I mentioned that we had sold our property. Then it was totally different. We were able to view the property we wanted by the next day!!!!! We put in an offer that was accepted. We did the survey and searches. They had come back and we were a couple of weeks away from exchanging contracts. Then out of the blue Neil from Muva phoned to stay the vendor couldn’t find another house with the money we were paying and that he had advised her that the property market had gone up and she could get more money than we had offered. So she asked for a further £22,000. Obviously we said no and thankfully found the house we have since moved into. However how is it that a so called professional can be so downright deceitful and greedy and still be in business? My advice find another estate agent. Neil does not give a damn about you or what you want. It’s all about money for him, nothing more. This kind of behaviour should be illegal, because it’s definitely immoral and downright dirty behaviour.

5 star service from start to finish, as we were moving from abroad we needed good communication and it was.
Both Neil and Morgan answered any questions we had, no problem, would recommend them.

Couldn't make time to call and say the appointment was cancelled

Arranged a viewing, agent didn't turn up. Tried to phone the office but it kept going to answerphone, followed this up with an email, no one responded. Very unprofessional!

Paul was a star, very professional yet approachable and after all we wenth through together became more like a friend. Ours was a lengthy, stressful road but Paul was always there with an encouraging word even though he must have felt a sale would nevery happen and even though Paul did not pull off the sale, for which I know he was gutted he did deliver our lovely apartment against the odds so thank you Paul you arequire a star

We marketed and subsequently sold our house through MUVA. We found them to be extremely efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy and Michelle. The service has been very good value for money. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
