Advice for the company: I wouldn't use UPS anymore. They told me my packet was delivered to a pickup point 2km away. It wasn't there. Just to check, I went to the pickup point closest to my home address and luckily found it there

I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised!
I was in disbelief when I saw the prices, and so it was with a small heart that I placed my order. moreover, because I had written to inquire about the product I wanted to purchase a day before, but got no reply from them. the fact that there were many positive reviews online, made me take the chance. it then took about a week for my product to arrive, which seems fairly long, considering that most stores will provide you with a download or a redemption code, rather than a physical product. (I bought a VST-collection) but sure enough, it arrived and it works, so it was well worth the wait!

Shame UPS
Package delivered outside at de frontdoor, the whole day rain, so imagine how the package looked like.
Said this already a couple of times.
It's stupid, because the products we buy are good, but the delivery sucks.
