SCAM
Ordered and told out for delivery from Brighton but gave date of 3 wks l8r? No1 answers phone or responds to voicemail. "Live chat" hardly answered and emails not quite English & gives poor excuses. Nothing registered on companies house. I sent email asking about cancellation and they just cancelled with no response but bank says they did refund me luckily but left me without fridge-freezer and still no one responding so probably sat in a foreign shack scamming everyone and taking bank details to rob at later date. Made bank aware!

When I made my purchase on the 27/11/2023 (black Friday) there were barely any reviews. Now there's about two and they are not convincing.
I've been trying to follow up on tracking my purchase, but it seems no one is responding. The numbers on the website are mobile and no one responds. The delivery date was estimated for the 13th December but the tracking link is not precise, and it hasnt shifted since so i'm unsure if that even works.
