Ordered a black ceramic watch - it is too tight for my arm and the extra link they supplied is white plastic. Have asked them to send a link that suits and I keep getting emails saying they are looking into solutions. It's been a month

Received the Harmonic 6-in-1 portable speaker as a gift. It charges phone but that is it. There is no clock, not speaker, nada—its just a large ugly phone charger.

Love these watches. We purchased these as a wedding favor for our wedding party as well as for us. They all loved them and looked very nice on our wedding day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice simple design.

The Cali Diver is a solid, well made watch. It's comfortable to wear. Looks really cool. The packaging from MVMT was poor but I suspect this is because they still do packaging themselves whereas the watches are made elsewhere since they were bought. Good watch brand with a good back story.

Have lost 2 bracelets due to poor craftmanship with the clasp n both different style. It is not a secure closure and releases and falls off easily. Not worth the $$.

Nice blue light glasses. Looked really good

I liked the looked and was given as a Christmas present. 6 months later and it's stopped working. Followed the guidance on the website to stop it for 15 minutes and restart. Nothing. Contacted support on the website. Waiting for a response 2 weeks later

TLDR: Like the look of mvmt but the quality is trash and support does nothing

Bought a bracelet (Profile Men’s Bracelet) and like the look but immediately recognized the clasp was finicky. Raised a case and they said it was a rare defect, but the replacement seemed similar. Wore the replacement a handful of times and lo and behold the clasp was just as terrible and the bracelet fell off and got lost. Many other folks mentioned the same in the product review, yet they continue to sell this defective item. When I reached out they told my “oh well, we can’t do anything for you”.

Good looks and affordable but you get what you pay for.
Had 3 watches from MVMT first being bought in 2014.
Glass scratches very easy, watch hands fell off of 2 watches.

A few years ago I came across this site offering a resonable price for a distinguished looking pair of glasses. So i purchased just the frames. After the first pair, i was happy with my purchase. Got Costco to put the prescription lenses in them. After a year the first pair snapped at the bridge between the lenses. I dropped those ones accidentally and they sent me a replacement. Then the other 2 pairs were broken in the exact same spot by cleaning the lenses. They just snapped at the bridge. Ive never owned a pair of glasses that snapped as i was cleaning the lenses. Never! They denied me any sort of replacement. People, you get what you pay for. They are relatively inexpensive frames AND the quality is LOW! Dont buy from this company. You get frames, pay to put script lenses in them and a year or 2 later they snap. Ive owed many pair of glasses of obviously higher quality and they are ALL still in one piece. Again! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Low Quality and too much of a hassle. There are other online stores out there that have better quality glasses for about the same price.

MVMT in conjunction with Amazon pay is a scam operation...I've bought watches with them in the past... They give you 15 minutes to cancel an order, but don't send the order confirmation for 20 minutes and deny the cancellation when you call 5 minutes BEFORE your order is confirmed... I am leaving the country in 4 days for 1 month and Amazon did not give me an overnight delivery option and I informed them that the product will be stolen... This is NOT the only review I will be writing

If I could give 0 stars I would, received a watch and the colour of the actual product is very different to what is shown on the website, asked to swap for a different colour and told no.

Broke a link setting it on my counter, ceramic chrono, when I got to talk to a representative, they are having me buy a new link for the watch. No warranty? Shows the quality of their watches. Won’t be buying from them again.

This company's customer service is the best. They have great watch designs to start, but the customer service is the best I've ever seen.

They took care of me when I needed additional links as well as when I was missing an item. Everything was handled extremely fast and courteous. They're definitely the standard when it comes to Customer Service. Rowena and AN.. Thank you!

Do not purchase an MVMT watch ever! I own (4) and the batteries ran out. After bringing the watches to 3 jewelers they could not open (2). Contacting MVMT support they informed me that they could not provide any support. Other watch companies stand behind their watches and offer support. Very disappointed!!!

I have ordered from MVMT over the last 3-4 years, I LOVE their product. HOWEVER, I ordered my own Christmas present for myself this year, resulting in almost $500 in bracelets, watches and necklace. I didn't receive it for over a month, so I tracked it, and the order shows "returned to sender, package damaged " 1 week after my order was placed. I contacted MVMT and they told me to try and contact the carrier and "go pick it up" - this was impossible, I live in Texas and it showed "returned" in another state. They did nothing. A week later contacted the chat customer service named LAURA....She said she'd get with the management and try to have the order re-shipped to me right away and would get back to me in about 24 hours. SHE NEVER got back to me, so 5 days later I reached out to chat again, and got someone named SEAN, and all he did is deflect any correspondence bac k to LAURA. Laura was at lunch......................so she just responded with this "The best thing we can advise from here is you may proceed in placing a new order instead in our website and avail our free next day air shipping option at checkout.

GOOD PRODUCT - But TERRIBLE customer service if you ever have a problem. And I believe my product has been stolen in transit.

Horrible attempted purchase, which may be a blessing. Tried five times to buy a watch with two different credit cards, was rejected every time for no reason. If you can’t have your website work, you’re not worth my business.

Didn't accpet my address for a pre order got customer service to update it. Then it didnt add my items that come free for the item. So asked them to check to then wait 3 weeks no watch. Contacted them advised not to worry and will come soon. 3 days passed the due date and now website saying 5 days later. Then to get a email my order had been cancelled. This was a pre order for a limited edition. I emailed them 2 times in a week and still dont know why it got cancelled just keep telling me its being looked into. Joke of a company. Glad i am not getting it now. Avoid

If it was possible I would give 0 stars. The leather strap from the original watch broke in less than a year. The replacement strap I purchased broke within a year. The strap was under warranty on their site but warranty doesnt cover normal wear and tear of the strap (makes sense right?). Ordered a metal strap after spending the day discussing with customer support due to MVMT's website issues, stock issues and issues with anything business related. Strap is not compatible with watch despite confirmation by customer support. Back it goes. Unprofessional, greedy, poor quality company that does not empower their employees to actually help you in any way. You'd be better off buying literally any other watch.
