Absolutely terrible return process. Please make sure you absolutely know you want a certain watch because they have ZERO process in place for a return. I followed the steps they outline in the return process, and then MVMT and Movado kicked my email between each other the next week and a half. Then after calling out their terrible process, someone finally took initiative, but still made me redo all the steps. Sheesh.

After receiving a faulty watch, it would stop ticking for some time and get hours behind, I contacted customer service. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They asked me to try a reset, and when that didn't work they sent me a new watch case, free of charge. I was very happy with the speed of response and the friendliness of the support team. This is not my first product from MVMT, I definitely recommend them!

Ordered a watch for Christmas and honestly wish I would have read up on this before hand. No confirmation email wife had to email them to get a bland response about oh it shipped out there has been no update can’t talk to anyone it’s truly ridiculous and makes me think they are fraudulent. I don’t think I will be ordering with them again and don’t think I will recommend them with this type of service

I purchased a watch on November 16, 2021. After receiving it I noticed the watch would get hours behind even after setting it multiple times a day. So, I emailed customer support and they gave me a simple reset to try. After that did not work I started to notice the seconds hand on the watch would stutter and pause for a moment of time. Although I initially received a faulty watch, the customer service was amazing and a replacement watch case and now I have a beautifully working (and looking) watch! Amazing company with amazing products and amazing customer support.

Awful!!!! Website claimed the order had not gone through so we placed another one. We got charged twice after like 3 hours. Ridiculous customer service that just claims you have to “wait to receive the item” waste of time. The LEAST you can do is provide good care for your customers “it happens all the time” them FIX YOUR WEBSITE. Not only that but the returns is apparently a whole process as well and the item has to be “fully inspected” and then we will have to wait even further to get our refund back. Shipping hasn’t even updated yet they can’t do anything. Don’t buy from them.

I bought a watch through the mvmt website and found it days later for sale on another site ( Macy’s) for much less of a price. I wouldn’t use their website and instead search around, you will get a better deal. They don’t offer money back and basically told me you should have checked other sites prior.

I bought the slate black rose gold voyager watch because I had heard good reviews about MVMT. However within 6 months I had a face and a band break with only light use. Furthermore when sending me a new band, MVMT sent the wrong one and then took forever to send the right one. It is much better to spend more money on a quality product than cheap out w MVMT.

I received my watch yesterday and the only thing i can say is that it absolutely did not live up to my expectations.

I did not expect a high quality first class unbelievable experience. At the price, I expected my watch to come in a bubble wrap.

The experience of the package - it alone was worth it. I took my time opening it. The experience was delicious. What incredible fun. The box is a visual and tactile pleasure. The watch was so much fun to unwrap. Anyway on to the timepiece. It’s beautiful, and feels wonderful on my arm I chose the one with the black face and numerals because my vision is not as good as when i was young. I have a Rolex Submariner. I bought this one to wear while working around the house and in the yard. Which is to say, most of the time. I need to add that i worried that the band would be comfortable. I have found that not only is it comfortable, the weight of the watch is ideal. The band is also easy to adjust.

So thank you ever so much. I am now looking forward to getting my second, or perhaps even a third. I have been trying to think of whom i could give one as a present.🤗.

Absolutely love the watch I bought, and when I had to send a watch back for a refund the customer service was excellent.

I just bought my third MVMT watch in 3 yrs and have been happy with the product and customer service. After doing alot of online research initially and reading many reviews that MVMT are not quality watches, that they're made of cheap chinese products worth a few $, i was initially quite cautious. I decided to take the plunge and invested in my first watch a few yrs ago during a sale and have been happy with their watches so far. Lets be honest, they do not case a high quality interior. I own a Longines and one can tell the difference but i do like their design and for the price point(at a fraction of my Longines), i felt it was fair. I tend to use their watch as a everyday accessory and my only beef was that the leather strap is wearing out but this is after 3yrs of regular wear & tear. I do use leather oils to help preserve the straps. On my most recent purchase, my ceramic MVMT arrived with some damage(during shipping). I contacted MVMT in the US(im in Australia) and after a few quick emails, they shipped out a new watch to me via express post. Very happy with their customer service. To others considering the ceramic range, this is a fine looking product. My advice though is to be a lille cautious with impact to the casing & strap. Being ceramic, they have a hard surface but can chip so they are not as hard wearing as a stainless steel case. Besides that i think they are a great product for the price point. I love that they bringing out new ranges all the time and i'd like to thank their customer service team. Keep up the good work MVMT

I bought a necklace from MVMT. I wore it a couple times, then the chain broke. I fixed it, and it broke again. I believe this had happened 10 times now. Sometimes the same place, but it has happened at least three different places. Might just be me that is very unlucky, but since this have happened so many times now, I ended up throwing it in the trash today.

Great Products and Customer Service. Had a small issue with a necklace and they got back to me asap and took care of it.

From the start, my experience with MVMT has been fantastic. The ordering and payment process was simple, and delivery was super quick even to South Africa. My watch is beautiful and the quality is superior. Their after-sales service has been exceptional with a special shout-out to Keisha. Would highly recommend!

My husband received a MVMT watch for his birthday. The bracelet on the watch was too small for him. I chatted on line with Keisha and requested additional links so we could add them to the bracelet. Within 5 days of my request, we received a new bracelet free of charge. I took the watch to my jeweler who was able to add the links on. Now the watch fits perfectly! Keisha was extremely helpful and was able to remedy the situation quickly. It was a pleasure to deal with a company with such a reliable customer service department.

The watches and customer service are amazing! I've bought 3 watches and 3 extra watch bands and love them. I lost a tiny piece of a watch band that prevented me from being able to attach it to the face, and they replaced the whole band free of charge. It arrived just a few days later!

I actually ended up returning my purchase (product wasn't as I expected), and had been waiting for almost 4 weeks without receiving any updates on either the delivery status or the return process. I reached out to their customer service about the issue and had it resolved in about 10 minutes. It turns out the return package had actually made it back to he original facility the day after I had dropped it off at the post office.

Keisha was prompt, professional, courteous, and understanding! She apologized, updated me on the situation, and ended up processing the return for me. I had such a lovely experience corresponding with her that it made up for the severe delay.

I do hope that in the future MVMT can exhibit the same etiquette and notification practices for their returns as they do for products being shipped out.

The watch is beautiful sleek and nice looking. Perfect. Delivery is fast. If I'm not mistaken I received the order in 7 days. The only thing that surprised me is that I was charged with delivery when the website showed delivery is free worldwide. I was told due to this pandemic there are countries the policy changed. I'm okay with it but just need MVMT to update its website on this.
