I was having issues with the turbine I…

I was having issues with the turbine I bought from a China manufacturer ( I will never do that again ) . The staff at MWandsolar walk me thru the issues and sold me just what I needed to start producing energy. They were Great !!! They are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them.

Purchased my 2nd sealed AGM battery

Purchased my 2nd sealed AGM battery. Could only pick it up on a Saturday when they are closed, but they took it to the business next door where it was waiting for me.
I like buying from real stores where I can look and touch before buying. Talking face to face sure beats typing too.

Good evening
we bought you wind turbines to charge in 48v and that develops 10 w max with a wind at 15 meters second and we have to spend for that more than 1300 dollards very disappointed.

everything arrived as described

everything arrived as described , packaged well no shortages, have only done short test of wind jen worked ok , still making permanent mount for sail boat, too many people have unrealistic expectations for a small wind jen , missouri list what the jen puts out at what wind speed, read this and you wont be disapointed, this gen seems to do what they said, but no long term test yet

Very helpful

The man that I spoke to was very helpful, especially considering what a small purchase it was. The part (a blocking diode) seems to be working though I haven't been able to field test it yet.

I have ordered from mwands several…

I have ordered from mwands several times. They have shipped my order quickly each time. One order had an item that was defective, after contacting customer service, they sent a shipping label so I could return the item, for free. Excellent, I would recommend with confidence to anyone.
