Bouns Dollars.

So easy to deal with.
I like the web site the only thing that I miss is when you purchase items they used to give you bonus dollars. Have just spent in the last couple of month around #k no bonus dollars.

exchange goods incorrectly order

I needed to exchange some items i had order online, the process was easy and no hassle to the staff. Was also impressed with there showroom and warehouse. Gives me confidence to order from them in the future.

Restocking Fee for returned Item

Even though we made an error in what we purchased, we returned the parcel in it's box directly to MWave, unwrapped within 2 days and feel that 20% charged for restocking fee is quite high. 10% would have been more acceptable. O

Super!

Bought from mWave because it was much cheaper than our local distributors in nz. Shipping was cheap and fast too!

Poor experience

Not in stock as advertised. Significant delays. Bad communication about delays and confusion over 2 items, lack of follow-ups, ticket closed without resolution and took new ticket and answering the same question multiple times to get answers.
