I had 5 tenants with him he never lodge any deposit monies with the dps.
changed the dates on a gas safety certificate to make it look as though it was still in date
type if tenants 1, ended up fighting with boyfriend in the street
2, stole upon leaving, table & chairs, carpets, 3mth old washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, curtains. mwhomes response was to use find a monkey. no help.
3, did a runner
4, taken away by police for a 5mth remand stretch
5th and worst, mr mamood no deposit 1mth rent paid, 9mth later still trying to get him out because no deposit & false gas safety certificate had to use section 8 to evict through courts solicitors & barrister, upgraded to high court, still waiting for enforcement officers to get him out.
