Poor customer service and communication
PO lost my package in Nov 2024. Finally got them to agree to refunding my payment in March 2025. First they said they would use PayPal but after two weeks no refund arrived so they said they would use first class mail, which hasn't arrived in more than 12 business days from Missouri. They have poor communication as they may take a week to respond. They are also an eBay seller. They are a precious metals exchange...not a SEO company
