I am extremely disappointed with Mybrand

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with MYBRAND.

I placed an order for three pairs of pants and paid more than €320 in full in advance. Shortly after my purchase, I received a FedEx tracking number, which initially gave me confidence that my order was being processed.

However, after nearly two weeks without any updates, I contacted FedEx directly and was informed that they had never received the package from MYBRAND. In other words, a shipping label had been created, but the package had not actually been handed over for shipment.

What is even more concerning is that I have repeatedly attempted to contact MYBRAND through all of the customer service email addresses listed on their website and have received absolutely no response.

As a customer, I find this unacceptable. When a company accepts payment, provides a tracking number, and then fails to ship the order or respond to customer inquiries, it creates serious concerns about its professionalism and customer service.

I sincerely hope MYBRAND resolves this issue promptly by either shipping the products immediately or issuing a full refund. Until then, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
