My order was never fulfilled and any request to release the money I paid is ignored. Please give me my money back. My order number is 7586381, i paid £720 for two products

I have just seen a review from January 2026. The lady indicated the same order number as mine #7586318.
How is this even possible. It can only mean one thing:
My order of Luby Sofa was made and paid on 21. September 2025.
No reply to my queries, no update, no delivery, no return of payment, no communication, nothing.
Points heavily to a scam. And yes, spam folder is always checked.

AVOID at all cost

Bought a chair over a month ago, no communication from emails or phone calls. £348 gone.

Please don't waste your time.

I have checked my spam, I habe received no emails and have received no phone calls.

purchased a table from them in June. No sign of the table, they do not answer calls or emails.

Exercise extra caution as this retailer will steal your money!
My Deco-shop has not refunded my order cancellation, effectively leaving me without my money (650 Euros). I reported this issue to the police, my bank, and Signal Conso. They never read anything from Signal Conso, which indicates My Deco-Shop doesn't care about their reputation. I was informed by Signal Conso that the retailer has chosen not to respond to the report I submitted to them. Additionally, all my attempts to communicate with the retailer have gone unanswered.

They still trade and will steal your money. It is just unbelievable they are still trading!

The retailer has not refunded my order cancellation, effectively leaving me without my money (650 Euros). I reported this issue to the police, my bank, and Signal Conso. I was informed that the retailer has chosen not to respond to the report I submitted to Signal Conso. Additionally, all my attempts to communicate with the retailer have gone unanswered.

I am very concerned that this retailer still trades and other people will be scammed.

Never received my order and I’m £200 out of pocket. Have emailed them 4 times to ask for order update / refund. Have not heard back at all. All emails and queries ignored. AVOID. Will be claiming through the card company.

Scam or just really terrible communication, either way not worth it.

Placed an order on 25th Jan, still waiting today. You have to chase for a lead time and it’s vague at best. Rarely reply - I have received two in response to eight sent; and they clearly don’t offer proactive updates.

The manufacturer doesn’t seem to have received the order. I have since asked for proof the order has been placed with the manufacturer and been met with silence. If there is no reply this coming week then I will be asking my credit card company to step in, sadly.
