From our perspective, when we installed the equipment in your property, we had to overcome a number of issues beyond our control and did this without hesitation and at no extra charge, including replacing a faulty speaker, rather than returning it to the manufacturer and wasting time, and installing waterproof rated storage in your garden, (again at no extra charge).
Once this work was completed, we took time to ensure you were happy controlling the system via its app which you confirmed, so are surprised to hear you are unhappy as we genuinely felt we had satisfied every aspect of your project to the best of our ability, on time and under budget.
