Firstly, this company is displaying Trustpilot content in a misleading way.
I purchased a block track kit. £56.
It’s really bad. They need to take this back to the R&D stage.
Be very wary of buying from this company.
Returns policy is awful. If you want a refund - as is my right through the trades act, you have to ship back to China at your own expense which can be over £100 in some cases due to size of products.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not order anything from this company. After making my order, I received an email saying the item was in fact not in stock. Then I received an email saying my item would be sent. After chasing for my item for weeks, they claim it has been delivered… Which it has not. I can only believe that this company does not in fact exist. Do not order from here!

My item arrived with a damaged box, plastic was cracked on toy and projector light did not work which was critical to its use. Therefore the toy is not functional. No response from customer service despite following up. It’s an absolute scam and should be shut down.

Shipping was very late, then the items arrived and they were really cheap and not good quality, looked nothing like they did on the website. The company would not fund a return shipment and you have to post the item back to the Netherlands! Total waste of money. Don’t buy from this company!

i paid a lot for this item..and they send out the wrong one..lots of email i have send to them..and still nothing been done..be carefull on what u order u may not get what u won;t ..and they will not fix it up for u..so u will lose your money and end up with something u did not order.will never buy from them again..and will tell as many as i can not to buy to.

Item arrived 2 days before Christmas but with multiple parts which were shown on the box missing.

Shipping was dreadful it took way longer than was stated at the time of ordering. The toy cooker was fine - though it is not very sturdy when assembled and small parts continue to come off the spatula, ladel etc easily. For the price I am disappointed with the quality of the toy

Terrible service, the items took around 2 weeks to arrive and when they did arrive it didn't work. I bought a tic tac toe toy for my son for Christmas and even with brand new batteries it came on for a second then stopped working. The screw for the battery compartment was not there, whilst my son is old enough to know not to open it, if another younger child got into it that could be fatal. I have contacted them for a replacement but heard nothing.

If I could offer negative stars I would.

This is a scam company. Save your money and purchase elsewhere. My order was late , it arrived damaged and is the wrong item .

Save your time with their customer service department, they just send automated messages, you won’t get a refund.

They are just sending cheap products from China, not representative of what they are advertising.

I would give no stars if I could. The experience I have had with this company is beyond unacceptable. The lack of transparency with delivery dates, rehashing the same emails with no resolution and the quality of said items are cheap. I will also add that if you order from the uk and wish to return anything, please note that you have to pay twice; once to return it from Royal Mail and then again to pay for it to get past customs and delivered back to the company, I had to pay £47 so I’m out of pocket. I have been trying to cancel items for several weeks, tried formal complaints and uk consumer guidelines and they have been less than unhelpful, I would never order from here again

Item took several weeks to arrive in bashed up box. Really surprised how much I paid for a very basic piece of acyclic on an LED base

The order did not arrive on time for Christmas and when it came, there were two identical items, one of which I did not order. When I contacted the Co. I was told that they would give me 20% of the cost if I kept the item, then 30%. I was told that I would have to pay for the customs and the postal charges for the item which was to be returned to the Netherlands. I have decided to cut my losses and give the unwanted item to charity. Never again will I use this Co.

I ordered the diy train track 51 pieces for my nephew who has autism, he loves it and I will eventually order him more parts for it, order came on time for Christmas, will definitely order again!

My order arrived late, but there were extenuating circumstances. Even after I had given up hope of receiving it, Hannah kept in contact. My granddaughter will enjoy a second Xmas. Better late than never, I say.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS ONLINE SHOP! They take no notice if you send them messages! Their parcels arrive battered & broke because of the way they pack them!

The product is well made and my granddaughter is absolutely thrilled to see her name on it. Very pleased indeed.

Not a scam as I actually got what. I ordered, but very slow ,damaged packaging, mentioned possible custom charges ,too late for Christmas , your better off buying from Amazon etc ,,we are too trusting aren't we.

Ordered the building blocks on 6th December like another customer who has posted a review and they arrived after Christmas. I have emailed the company for a return label and a refund and have just got a this back?! Thank you for your response. We understand that returning items can sometimes be difficult.
