Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I assumed I was dealing with a Netherlands company who created their own exclisive toys but the products came from China and had non-removable labels on boxes that looked battered enough to have been bought second hand. There is no way I can give these things as birthday or Christmas gifts. Very disappointed and now very short of time before my granddaughter's birthday. That is probably more the fault of the delivery company, who said it was out for delivery three days running and changed their minds twice.

Took ages to arrive (still hasn't)
No where did it warn me I'd be eating a month for delivery.

I ordered an illuminated drawing board as a gift for a five year old. During the ordering process, was asked if I wanted a discount to which I said yes, then it offered a lot of items I wasn’t interested in. So when I declined, it put two boards in my basket with no opportunity to decline! Turning my £26 purchase into a £50 purchase. It really felt like sharp practice. I then realised that I was dealing with a business based in the Netherlands. I sent an email to the company who, in fairness, refunded me for the extra board quickly. The (tiny) board took over two weeks to arrive….the bits are in a plain box with no packaging or instructions and looks like a really cheap uninspiring gift. I am kicking myself for not checking Trustpilot first. All in all a disappointing experience. Don’t touch this company with a bargepole!

This company is an absolute disgrace. I bought a bath toy for my son and after a couple of months it stopped working, they sent me out another one and after a couple of uses that one stopped working too. Both faulty products and wasn’t granted a refund for this. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid this company, nothing but trouble!

Transit time and packaging not good. However I have to say that Hannah in customer services was very good and quickly resolved an issue I had with the first unit that arrived faulty.

Do not use this company. They sell cheap goods then when you return the item they pretend they can't locate your return so do not refund. Shocking.

Do not buy from this company! They are selling toys you can buy from less than half the price and the stuff is cheap rubbish! Can't even give me a refund for a faulty item! I'm disgusted and disappointed!

they are selling incredibly cheap children’s clothes and shoes from China at a massive premium they are not even bothering to repackage them and they come in the packaging from whatever factory they were sourced from. I paid €18 (plus postage) for shoes that I later realised are available on eBay for €3 (no postage). The quality was terrible and when I tried to return it the did not accept the parcel and it was sent back to me. They are now making it very very difficult to get a refund. THEY ARE A SCAM!

Do not use this company .
I ordered a product called Magic Car City from this company on the 8th May. I paid £44.99 for the product plus insurance. On the website there is a photograph of the product with a child playing with the product. On the website it says 1-3 days delivery.
Initially lots of e-mail contact re order received, dispatch etc. when you go in to tracking the delivery becomes 5-10 days then gives a date range which keeps extending. Then an e-mail asking if I have been contacted by customs to pay tax!!
After >3 weeks the product arrived. A very small, cheap plastic car transporter made in China in a battered box.
I had foolishly just looked at the trustpilot reviews on the company website as I was in a rush. I should have checked reviews separately.
Deceptive description, deceptive photograph, cheap product sold as quality product. Dreadful delivery time. After lots of e-mails I was not informed that product was being delivered on particular day.

Customer service is spot on. Not had an issue with receiving my parcels and I’ve shopped with them 2/3 times and always received my parcels within the given time frame.

The waiting time is ridiculous I ordered a pair of shoes took over 3 weeks to come . Not acceptable

I made an order 2 months ago I have still not received my order. I have had email contact with them several times about when i could expect my order to which I get told every time that my order has been dispatched.
I have requested a full refund multiple times now and just get the reply your items have been dispatched you will be send tracking details.

Do not order from this company!

Ordered 2 jackets for £160. Jackets didn't even turn up said it was delivered but had no proof of delivery either. Only form of contact for help was via email waited another 2 months for new set to be sent out apparently. Finally did arrive and jackets wasn't even great.
