My first time with my-tours and first time to Amsterdam. Highly recommend my-tours. This was their first overnight tour to Amsterdam so there were a few teething problems but staff were absolutely amazing and sorted out any hiccups we had. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They checked in on us to make sure we were safe on the night in Amsterdam. I’m really looking forward to going back next year for two nights this time. Amsterdam has so much to see. Staff were just amazing and full of helpful tips and advice. They really looked after us. Easy hotel was a basic two star hotel, but it was great. English tv channels and a good shower. We took our own travel kettle so we could enjoy a morning cuppa before breakfast and staff in hotel were helpful and pleasant. A good base to explore Amsterdam.

Absolutely outstanding.. I am a mum of SEN children & wouldn't normally venture on public transport however it couldn't have gone any smoother. Clear pick up & drop off times, didn't feel rushed, coach had air-conditioning we had a beautiful 32° in LEGOLAND WINDSOR 30th July 2024, a toilet available for number 1s only haha.. Will definitely be looking to book again. Absolutely no faults!!

We used my-tours last year to go on a day trip to Western Super Mare as we do not drive. The prices were very fair and it was a stress free and pleasant day knowing we would get to and from the seaside safely and be able to relax.

We are booked in to go away to Blackpool for the illuminations in November and looking forward to it, great for families and other age groups. Would highly recommend.

It was my first time travelling with My-Tours to Disney and it was a pleasure! Staff were lovely and they were on hand at all times would highly recommend to all.

I cant express enough this trip to France (disneyland paris) the booking ,staff, people, queries, guidance, stress-free, helpful, caring,friendly service this has been. We are a family of 5 booked with My-Tours originally in December to travel to Paris but I saw they Was doing a June trip, called up to ask if it was possible to change about 10 mins Later had the phone call to say yes it was possible! This was again how fantastic the communication is it blew me away as I know not many company's are like this at all.
We can't thank the staff enough absolute credit to the team Carol & Oshea amazing amazing people they really was the best people to be around. I wish I could say or find a negative about something (haha) we can't fault a single thing highly highly recommended you turn up and everything is sorted. I was worried about where we was staying as it was out first time in France but again I have to say no complaints, even going and returning from Disney land they provided us with free shuttles I don't think you can get any better than this. Laid on stress free break. My-tours I'm definitely going to be looking to book up again on more trips and daytrips. Dan, Carol & Oshea thankyou so much for everything fantastic.

Blackpool trip what a lovely day again drive was very smooth and driver very polite and communicated with everyone only down fall was the drop off point as it was a bit of a walk to the main strip and had to go down some slippery steps which was wet and when returning to coach it was dark goin up steps but apart from that a lovely day was had thank you my tours from Joanna Hislop and family

I have been on two trips with My Tours. On one trip the coach had not been cleaned. My seat was covered in crumbs, there were sweet wrappers on the floor and I got chewing gum on my shoe. There was no member of staff on board except the driver (who was great), but he had to focus on the road. This meant that a loud, disrespectful group of passengers towards the back of the coach couldn’t be kept under control. The majority of the journey one passenger from this group was watching several episodes of a tv show loudly on a tablet, making it an irritating and uncomfortable experience. The amount of swearing and sexual talk around children was also highly inappropriate.

My second trip was a better experience, the coach was clean and the passengers on board were much more civilized!

Overall, the service is a great way to get to popular beach/attraction destinations. There is usually a 20 min motorway services stop on the journey meaning you can have a toilet break and grab some food if required. The coach drops and collects you in accessible areas close to the attractions. I do strongly feel that this service requires a member of staff to man the behaviour of passengers on future trips, however.

Amazing day at Skegness,picked up at the time they said,and set of at the right time,coach was lovely and clean and had air con, the driver was lovely and polite and spoke to us when needed,dropped us right by all the main attractions so didn’t have to walk far, Skegness was a brill day out lots to do,coach picked us back up at the right time and was a lovely journey home, have already booked for another day trip soon, thank you for a lovely day.

Toilet not in operation due to toilet not flushing people unable to utilise because of over flow. Police intervention on way back due to certain passengers intoxication

Thank you my tours me and my little boy enjoyed Legoland, my tours are very helpful and professional definitely recommend this company.

I have had a few trips and not had a problem the location of pick up is great can park your car where pick up point is for a £5 charge coach is comfortable and clean and it is nice to be able to travel places and enjoy the journey with out the hassle of driving yourself. We as a family don’t get to see each other that much and it was nice to spend the day all together will definitely be booking again can not wait for the next one.

Can’t fault this company at all , provide days out for great prices , coaches are clean and tidy ! Plenty of room for luggage , met on arrival at pick up location and told what time to meet back up for home trip. Will definitely be using them again

The journey was a really nice one with no delays and the driver was very hospitable and friendly as well as our guide who showed us to our seats

Had a great day out with my little one From the start to the end . When I mean the start I mean boarding the coach . The coach was prompt going and coming. The coach it’s self was good and most of had comfy seats . The trip was amazing and not over priced at all . I will definitely book again with My tours . If I was to rate the service out of 10 it’s a 10 being the most brilliant . Gullivers Kingdom was excellent as not only the kids enjoyed the adults definitely enjoyed too . So happy I found the perfect company to have days out and definitely will be booking Disney Land for the 2 nights and 3 days in December 👌🏼
