avoid this company, no help no phone number, do not book with these at any cost

Scammers.

A flight company cancel my flight and they find excuses in order not to reimburse me.

Ridiculous scammers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They are a shambles! They still have not refunded the money from a cancelled fight in September 2023!
To make it worse they contacted me in May asking for my bank details, which I supplied to them and they still have not renfunded me.
I have spoken to them on the phone over 20 times. They repeat the same phrase “your case has been escalated” blah blah blah.
How this company is still allowed to continue ripping people off is beyond me.

I want to rate this company a zero but I can't. After my previous review I received an email from my trip telling me how sorry they are and that my refund should be on its way soon. They told me that they sent another refund request to the airline. I asked for the reference number they used to request for the refund, which they gave me. I contacted the airline again giving them the same reference number my trip gave me and it was bringing up a different name.
At this point I don't think that my trip wants to give me back my money.

Please, please, please, don't use this agency to buy a ticket, they will only frustrate you and you won't get the service you want.

Booked some flights to Lisbon and they were due to send our boarding passes via email after I had uploaded our details
Got the email but no passes and after calling them, was told they would come through 6 hours before the flight
When they didn’t, I called again and was told to get the airline to print them off, to keep the receipt and we would be refunded when we got home
After 6 calls and a number of badly written/ worded emails, still no refund
I have been told something different each time I called so asked them to listen back to all my calls and pass it to supervision

2 weeks later I have received nothing - they don’t want to know and would like me to go away now

By the way on the return flight , the boarding passes arrived with no issues so they can do it !

Another firm with dreadful customer service - it would be nice for someone to own up to their mistakes and honour their promise/ obligation

I made a booking last night and now they say I have to wait 72 hours because it is pending. It is totally unexceptable because if they cancel it, the flights get much more expensive in 3 days ???

Unprofessional and dishonest service. Stay away from this company and especially from the travel agent Doron.
