Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. Excellent selection to choose from. First time purchase was three watches, Joker, All black GMT, Mariner Deep water. Arrived in a timely manner with great communication from Watch Mod. Items were well packaged.
Build quality, Fit and Finish on the watches exceeded my expectations. The added tools were a nice and appreciated touch.
Liked the watches so much I followed up with a Panda!

Very happy with my watches!
I ordered two custom watches and I love them. The customizer was easy to use and the watches arrived just as I expected. Delivery took a little longer than I expected however that was no fault of Watch Mod. It was mainly due to the current US customs difficulties. Communication was very good from Watch Mod support. Overall I am very happy with my purchase!

Good value and should be reliable
Overall I am impressed with the watch. The customization was a welcome feature and I think that the value for the money is quite good. The finishing of the dial and the hands are not at the level of the best replicas, but then again, for the price, it should not be. The use of a quality Seiko movement will ensure years of reliable service. If I was in the market for another customized watch I would buy another one.

Overall the buying experience was positive, from ordering on their website, the customization options and the updates after purchasing. The quality on arrival was as expected for a watch in this price range and did not disappoint. Shipping to the west coast of the US did take some time at about 27 days. I would purchase from My Watch Mod again without hesitation.

The watches that I purchased are…Aqua mod and a mod Master.
The watches that I purchased are fantastic. They are very high quality cases and the fit & finish is really good. They both run well and keep excellent time.
Shipping is a weak point. The watches took an exceptionally long time to be notified as shipped, and tracking never actually showed.

I still have not received my order which is 4 watches and upgraded movements totaling $1000+. The watches appear top of the line but customer service is resending the order originally placed in November 2025.

Decent Watch. VERY POOR SHIPPING
Shipping information and tracking was very poor. It took almost two months to finally receive my watch. And according to their shipping tracking, two other items showed it was delivered but I did not receive these two other items and the explanations seemed very cryptic and vague.
However the watch seems to be of good quality however time will tell. If they would improve on their shipping and providing better more accurate updates would be rhe one area they need to improve on. It is because of this, I am hesitant to place another order and instead go with another vendor who would provide better tracking and faster shipping.
