I would like to echo what others have said in that I have tried to order a £25 per mth plan so I can watch MLB playoffs (which mlb has stolen from us members). BT sport could not connect, I could not get help, and I decided to cancel my order immediately. However...I could not find my order in 'MY BT.' I wonder how this company can stay afloat? Poor, poor management!

I am no longer motivated to complain with any hope of improvement, only to warn others of the poor value and quality of service, so they don't make the mistake of subscribing !
Tried to watch a replay of today's Aus v Eng T20, repeatedly it defaults to a message box 'Sorry there's a problem.........
Error code. VC526
It will cheerfully play a short 'highlights' clip which lasts a few minutes and is probably available later tonight on a regular tv channel, but watch the match I've paid a subscription to watch.......forget it.

Just signed up for BT Sport for the monthly pass of £25-00. Twice I have been left hanging on the phone not being able to login, I am wondering what I am paying for when I can't watch the footie. Why do they not have extra staff on the calls on match night? Technical error code:TS000-3.

Absolutely horrendous service. Tried to cancel online a dozen times but ended up going round in circles and therefore never actually getting to the point of confirming my cancellation (Shock). Left with no choice I had to call their Customer Services dept, wait on hold for at least 30mins only to be told that I am going to be charged one last time. Even when raising a complaint I was told this will do nothing. Disgusting customer service and it is no wonder that they are losing so many customers to Sky.

Rip Off with no Reward for Loyal customers!! I got BT Sports when it first came onto the scene and have a loyal customer ever since. My bill at that time was £17.99 per month which while it was pricey seeing that also had Sky Sports, i kept so i can have the option to watch the lunchtime premier league game and the odd champions league. I have seen my bill rise over the years and have not found it is at £37.99 which quite simply is extorinate for 2-4 hours a week max. I called them and was told there was no other deal available for me but it would be different if i took BT Broadband with them. When i said i would like to cancel, they did not even bother to try and keep me. It was only when i said i was angry they did not do anything to keep me that i got offered £5 off for 3 months if i lock into another 24 month contract at £37.99. Seriously!! It is clear they are not interested in doing anything else but ripping off people for 1-2 footie games per week. Disgraceful if you ask me especially in this hard economic climate!!

Bt sport has recently taken BT sports off windows the worst thing they could have done, while on windows my picture quality was brilliant better than sky but now its it's worse all it dose is buffer all the time. Why change something when it's not broken this problem is on BT wifi on my narrow boat my picture at home is no problem its must have something to do with money not Customer satisfaction

I subscribe to bt sport via virgin media. Why is it you're not consistent showing highlights. Especially tonight.
I support a national league side and was looking forward to seeing the show tonight. To my disappointment it's not being shown. What a biased and poor service you supply. So I'm cancelling my subscription.

Sugar as Hell! I've taken legal action by first taking to the ombudsman and following with litigation unless they pay me compensation! These services are like holiday contracts as loss of amnesty is a matter...
I couldn't watch the live matches I bought on EU leagues as their App is terrible. New Graduates from IT courses would create better Apps than BT sports Apps...

Absolutely crap. If you want to watch international Lacrosse at 1am it is perfect for you. Premiership football no chance. Just the VC011 error. No help.

The package is with my phone but that is up I will take a cheaper phone deal and forget about BT Sport.

The website says "Monthly Pass gets you 30 days of BT Sport, contract free." However, when I gave them my money, I later found that I was not able to watch the BT Sport channel I wanted to watch (BT Sport 2) and was asked to upgrade. I really don't understand what I just bought and trying to get my money back doesn't look easy (I couldn't complain because it rejected my login for some reason).

We’ve always had reliable broadband from BT, but sadly we’re going elsewhere because of the recent price rise on what we felt was already an expensive product.

The BT Sport SD package is so poor, it makes BBC look like good value. It is vomit inducing at best. Thank God I wasn't watching Tottenham, or I may very well have blown chunks all over the coffee table.

Seriously though, it's awful. Do not use. Save your money. If you do call up to complain, all they'll do is try to bribe you off with some "offer" that then ties you in for 24 months. And there's no cooling-off period either. You lay down £35 for literally nothing.

Just paid my monthly £102 to watch BT sport. But it won’t let me access it from my iPhone. Hugely disappointing

I only joined to watch the Ashes, I’m not a huge fan of bt having had phone and email with them for years and years.

However I had an issue with bt sport, rang them to chat it through and they were golden on the phone, sorted my issue and we’re very helpful.

BEST OF ALL when the ashes finished and I wanted to leave, it was a one click job. No hidden boxes, no pleading pages, just a click. Slightly annoyed at how impressed I am. Will happily rejoin next time England send out 11 men who have apparently never played cricket to face the Australians.

Unauthorised Payment Taken!

Previously Paid for the Fury fight and now BT Sport have taking another payment for £19.95 which we have no idea what it’s for. Unhelpful when you call, cut you off so you have to called back and still no idea what it’s for! All I want is my money back as this is classed as fraud!

Was on a LiveChat with R.Corpuz for over 30 mins was trying to watch the boxing PPV as it wouldn’t let me get into my account. The replies were very long. I paid for the event and now missed half of the event. My questions were not getting and when I asked for my query to be escalated they just left and didn’t reply. And still not got any help on this matter very disappointing for such a simple query

Well priced and nice to not be contracted so I can cancel when the football season finishes.

Watching in 4K HDR on my TV via my Xbox is amazing, and such good value for the money. I can also watch on my iPad at the same time if I’m in the garden or summer house.

The only gripe I have with BT Sport is the commentary, it would be nice to have an option to switch it off as the ex-pros they employ can grate quite a bit and talk like they’ve never played the game.

Other than that small gripe I’m really impressed though!

Watching boxing at 10.30pm on a Friday night, fight finishes goes back to woman presenter and guest pundit. While waiting for the result started to show highlights of fight, cut back to studio for result, ring empty result already given. What a shambles.
