My experience with this service has been consistently underwhelming. Throughout the entire time using the platform, I have not seen even the slightest meaningful improvement to the product. As an advanced user, it quickly became clear that the system lacks development, innovation, and responsiveness to real-world needs.
Support interactions typically consisted of repetitive, generic AI‑generated replies that did not address the substance of the issues raised. The communication felt automated rather than thoughtful, offering no sense that feedback was being considered or that the product was evolving in any meaningful way.
Additionally, the handling of data matters raised serious concerns. Requests that should be approached with professionalism and care were met with oversimplified responses that did not reflect the seriousness or the regulatory expectations involved.
Overall, the experience did not meet the standard of professionalism that would be expected from a service of this type. The product feels stagnant, the communication lacks substance, and the approach to data handling does not inspire confidence.
