If I could leave a review without leaving a star I would.
I have no idea who this company are, or what they do, or even worse how they got my information, I've had this company try and take 40 odd from my account 6x now, canceled my bank card and alerted the bank of fraud, had a new card sent out, which I tried to use and couldn't, as the bank put another block on the new card as this company tried to take 2x 40 out again, I've had to cancel my new card and await a new one again.
Be aware if you use your card online and it's saved to your wallet, this company will get your details again!
Absolutely disgusting scamming assholes, fuming.

Beware this is a scam, I’ve had £40 .56 taken out of my bank account from these people based in Nicosia.
I’ve no idea what they do or have any interest in them.
I contacted my bank who say because I’ve given them my details there is nothing they can do.
If by some strange thing I did give my details it was under some misconception as I would certainly not sign up for a monthly subscription to this rubbish.
I’ve managed to contact these people and got a standard reply .

BEWARE

I tried to cancel my subscription and they had. My phone number and charged my bank card but said my email was not found. Tried to talk to their AI no answer after I told them I wanted to cancel. Scammers ill bet

to anyone who might read this, PLEASE be aware this company are scammers. Do NOT use them.
they signed me up to an unwanted subscription or membership on a 3-day free trial. After the 3-day free trial I was going to moved into a menbership/subscription of £40.87 monthly.
In order to cancel this unwanted subscription or membership they advise you to phone or email. I phoned but the call wasn't answered and then cut off. The email I got back told me that there was a 48 business hour waiting time before they would answer the email, by which time the socalled free trial period had expired and the £40.87 would have been taken from my account. The fraud department of my bank has advised me to cancel my card and to get a new card with a new pin number. My card has been cancelled and the bank is keeping a keen eye on any fraudulent activity.
If you want to avoid all this hassle and expense, avoid this company!

Once you receive a message from your bank that your account balance is deducted this scammer, call your bank immediately to block your account and make a refund that was deducted from your account. Please be aware!!!!

SCAM COMPANY TRIED TO TAKE £40 .61 FROM MY ACCOUNT TODAY . MY BANK DECLINED IT AS I HAD MONEY IN POTS IN MY ACCOUNT AND NOT MAIN BALANCE . IF IT HAD BEEN THEY MIGHT HAVE GOT IT BUT MY BANK ASKS ME TO AUTHORISE UNRECOGNISED PAYMENTS. I JUST UNSUBSCRIBED THROUGH THEIR HOME PAGE. SPOKE WITH THE BOT AND CALLED MY BANK JUST NOW. THEY PUT A MERCHANT BLOCK SHE ASKED ME TO CHANGE MY CARD BUT I CANT RIGHT NOW AS IM EXPECTING PAYMENTS BUT SHE DID SAY AS I HAVE CALLED AND HAVE PROOF OF CONTACTING THESE SCAM MERCHANTS THEY WILL REFUND ANY LOST FUNDS. YOUR BANK HAS TO REFUND YOU . I HAVE THREE ACCOUNTS THIS WAS MY MONZO A NEW ONE I RECENTLY OPENED FEW MONTHS AGO. THEY ARE GOOD FOR SECURITY. ALL OF YOU GET BACK YOUR MONEY . CONTACT CITIZEN ADVICE AND FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN AND MAKE A OFFICIAL COMPLAINT.

Took £40:99 from my account for subscription I have never heard of these people don’t know how they got my bank details.this is fraud bank refused to give me my money back.so i have reported it to the police and action fraud don’t know how they can get away with it .i am not going to let them get away with it.i will get them closed down if it is the last thing I do

Watch out - I think these scammers have now renamed their website to Helpshop24.com. Exactly the same thing as here, scammers trying to take payment that luckily my bank declined.

Pls, never give your card info to anyone, so also to them. They make a reservation of charge € 48.95. block your card and unsubscribe asap . To avoid payment in time ask your bank for new card. Never use the old one and do not active old card. Good luck.

dirty scammers they empty your account via mockups-design. you have to activate your credit card for 0 euros and then they take money from your account. luckily I had nothing on that account. so please watch out

I would give ZERO stars if I could, I am a very IT literate lady, and very aware of scams, but how these thieves managed to sign me up for a subscription for 0.00 GBP and then a week later try multiple times to steal money from my account I really have no idea. Thankfullyfully Nat West were on the ball and declined all payments and cancelled my card!! PURE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I didn't get wrong in this online subscription business which is SCAMMER!!! And i didn't remember any transactions i did nor share my card details!!! I don't know how u can STEAL the own money of other people's from their account like m!! So for everybody beware!!!👊👊👊😡

This 'company' took £40.25 from my account this evening. My bank blocked the transaction, but I've had to freeze again a new debit card I've only had a couple of weeks after a suspected Facebook Marketplace scam. No idea how they got my card details - total scammers and very inconvenient.

Be careful with this company. It is a scam company.

They are thieves and scammers. Thankfully we caught it before it was authorised but they were trying to fleece £29.99 from my husbands account
