From the moment I reached out to book my trial session at the My30Minutes, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and care. Gel, a trainer there, was responsive, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect before I even arrived—which helped ease any initial nerves I had about trying something new.
When I arrived, I was greeted by Ara, also a trainer, who walked me through the entire EMS concept. She explained how the technology works to activate deeper muscle fibers more efficiently than conventional training, and gave me a clear understanding of the long-term benefits: better muscle tone, improved posture, fat loss, and overall strength—all in just 20-minute sessions once or twice a week.
Before starting the actual workout, they took a detailed body composition analysis, including my BMI and muscle-to-fat ratio. What really stood out was how the results weren’t just presented—they were explained. Ara took the time to go over what the numbers meant, and how the EMS program could be tailored to help me reach my specific fitness goals. It wasn’t just a one-size-fits-all approach—it felt personal and genuinely supportive.
Then came the training session itself. Ara, the personal trainer was energetic, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout. She adjusted the intensity to my preferred level, while still pushing me just enough to feel the burn. The suit felt strange at first, but she guided me through each movement with precision and made sure I was doing everything correctly and safely.
By the end of the session, I felt muscles I didn’t even know existed being activated! And despite the short duration, it was clear that this workout was no joke. I walked away feeling accomplished, informed, and excited about the potential of incorporating EMS into my fitness routine.
