Ordered an item, but then immediately began trying to cancel it. Seller does not pick up phone, does not return voicemails and ignores emails for cancellation.

I made an order, but then decided to cancel. I have left voicemails and multiple emails. They will not pick up the phone, they will not respond to paypal. Do not do business with these folks.

Purchased 2 hoodies totaling $104.0015 (incl shipping cost). The product I received was faulty/the letters printed were faulty/missing a letter. When I reached out to ask for a refund because I no longer trust their products, the wanted to ship them back at my cost; told them, I should not have to do that given it was their fake product they shipped to me and I had paid for shipping cost. Short story, I only got a refund of $19.04.

Terrible company, hoodie arrived 6 weeks late. They offered a small discount for the problems, eventually got it after contacting them.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS BOGUS COMPANY THAT'S IN CHINA !!! I placed an order for two hoodie sweatshirts, paid via paypal, in more than 6 weeks later never received anything although they send me bogus tracking numbers that have no point of reference at all so they're not actual tracking numbers. And how they can beat the system with PayPal is long as the seller can show PayPal a tracking number PayPal won't do anything. So I am done with PayPal after this experience I cancel the credit card so they won't get any additional payments so thank God they won't get the whole payment which is about $80 ... they got $40 of my money that I won't ever get back. Thankfully, I canceled the credit card that I used. I won't use PayPal ever again because this is the second time in 10 years that I ran into a bogus seller and PayPal does nothing when you open dispute once the seller provides PayPal with a "fake" tracking number. There are enough complaints against 3D Hoodie to shut them down. Also, it's never disclosed when placing online order that they are shipping directly from China. I'm now filing a complaint with my state's attorney general office and FCC.

This company sells total garbage it looks nothing like what's on the website please do not waste your money

I ordered a hoodie and have not received a shipping! Have sent many emails only to be responded by an automated one! The phone number is not even the correct t number! Wish I would have seen these reviews!!!!!!

Don't order from this vendor! They are located in CHINA, which I didn't know at first and which is why it takes so long for orders to arrive. Also, if you need to return something (as I needed to return 3 of the 5 purchased items), you have to send an email to their customer service dept. to get details on where to send it back. The email arrived 4-5 days later (from a 3rd party email) with instructions, a name and US phone number, along with a Chinese address & recipient, but no postal code. Upon calling the number (with a Massachusetts area code) several times, there was an automated voice message stating that "Your call could not be completed at this time. Please try your call again later." After locating the postal code on my own and calculating the shipping, the cost of sending anything back equaled the amount I paid for the order! SCAM SCAM!

March 2nd, I received an email from Oliver, Customer Service Champion that said I could return the incorrect item but they do not cover return shipping fees. There was no information on how to process a return or where to send it. I replied back “ you sent the wrong item and you want me to pay to ship it back to you? I have not received a response.
February 22nd Update. I received a package yesterday delivered by USPS. I suspect it maybe from 3D Hoodie but the shipping label says it is from “Zoey” in Commerce, CA. I ordered a Gray, Travel Essentials Hoodie, the package had a cheap Gray Hoodie and Gray Sweat pants. I have reached out to 3D Hoodie customer support requesting the ship what I ordered and provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Stay tuned!!

I ordered a travel hoodie on January 28th and they collected my $50. Email and website states it will ship in 2-3 days and I will receive a tracking number. No tracking number and they will not respond to my emails.. Learn from my mistake and Do Not order from this company or 3DHoodie.com.

Dont waste your time and money i never received anything not even a damn shipping status. No way to contact them only thru email which is sketchy I requested to cancel and refund 2 weeks ago haven't heard back from them yet. Straight scamming people.

Terrible customer service. Claims package sent, but multiple different tracking numbers they provide show it never left CHINA. Only canned response from Customer Service. Also, security is now saying that links they send for tracking are showing as suspicious and malicious!

This company only take your money and never send items you purchase. I ordered items in November and after several complaint they sent a bogus package in January which I refused from postal carrier. They then sent an email to ship package to China which I never accepted package in January. Postal service returned item. They sent a package which was clear it was something that someone just wrapped from their home not a company. This company will refuse to refund your money. Don't waste your money!! They have a California address but claim you have to return item to China. Oh communication is from a cell phone texting or email from their phone to your email.

The worst business ever. Still waiting for items. No customer service. Sucks

This company is the worst. I never received my hoodie, which apparently shipped a month after I ordered it, but never arrived at my address. Customer service took days to reply and was extremely unhelpful. I was told I couldn't cancel the order and that even if I presented written proof from the post office and/or carrier (the latter located in China) that the package had been lost, they would only resend the package or give me a gift card rather than a monetary refund. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Extremely long wait time to receive your order. Your order better be right or else! Horrible customer service when trying to return an item.

Very poor quality hoodie with absolutely no customer service. They say they offer returns but you will never get a real response when you ask for a shipping label. This place is not legitimate.

I ordered a hoodie from them back in early November 2024 for a Xmas gift. The order states that it will take 3-5 days to process and will take 5-15 days to be delivered. As of today 1/29/2025 I have not received anything. I have emailed them and all that they say is it has been shipped. They send you a tracking link which offers NOTHING. It just says that it has been shipped by SDH (who is that? no contact info). This Co. is in CHINA folks BEWARE!! (but it shows a U.S. address). If I could give negative 0 stars, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

My order took forever to come with having a us address when it finally arrived the material was awful very cheaply made for the price and it looks like there was no waistband just material sown together

I have sent five emails without a return and the phone number listed isn't theirs. Do not trust this company. I did get the product, but no communication in trying to return. Product looks like a nice, warm, comfortable hoodie, but it is not.

I would give it zero if I could. Ordered on 12/3/24, was shipped 12/17/24 and it is now 1/27/25 and still no hoodie! Customer service emails are a joke. No tracking until a week ago. Waiting to see when I actually get it!! I regret this purchase so much already and I have not even seen the merchandise! Site says 14-21 days for shipping so I’m not sure why after a month plus I still don’t have the product! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
