I bought the Sevilla ring from Mya Bay and I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, it broke after less than two weeks of normal use. Considering the price and the brand’s image of quality, I am really disappointed. I definitely expected better durability.

I still haven't received my order…
I still haven't received my order despite paying £14 extra of 3 day delivery. I understand that Brexit has affected delivery so Mya Bay shouldn't advertise that delivery option outside of Europe. I'm still waiting for an update from Customs around import duty which zMya Bay were totally unable to help me with. So I've missed getting the gift I ordered for my daughters 21st birthday in time for her leaving the country despite ordering in what I thought was plenty of time. Very disappointing.
I do have some Mya Bay jewellery and it is beautiful, pity about the delivery and communication.

Since Brexit, deliveries to the UK can unfortunately face unexpected delays due to customs procedures. While we offer an express shipping option, we acknowledge that external factors can occasionally affect timelines despite our best efforts. Your feedback regarding this delivery option is extremely valuable, and we will be reviewing how we communicate this more clearly for non-EU customers.
As for customs duties, these are handled independently by local authorities, which limits our ability to intervene directly. That said, we absolutely recognize that the communication around this process should have been more supportive, and we are working on improving it.
We’re truly grateful that you enjoy the quality of our jewellery, and we hope to offer you a much better experience in the future.
