bad business practice

I tried to get answer online if myagentx integrated with loftycrm. I could not get answer online. I received a call from 650-663-5652 a sales rep from myagentx. He told me absolutely they integrate with loftycrm and I should setup free trial. While on the phone, I setup free trial but it asked for my credit card before I could even get to a screen to see integrations. I told him I was concerned that like other platforms, I would put my credit card info in just to find out it did not directly link with loftycrm and instead use a workaround with zapier or make.com that I did not want to do. He assured me that was not the case as it was a direct integration. After I put my credit card in to start free trial, I immediately noticed the integration choices were the most limited of all the platforms I had tried before. He got on a 3 way call with Alex his backend guy who promptly said no they do not integrate with loftycrm but only through zapier. I wasted 30 minutes, gave out my credit card when the answer was always no they do not do what I need. This is bad business practice.

Warning to Realtors: Avoid "AgentX" / "E8 Labs" / "Agent Box" and Owners Noah Nega and Jacoby Wright

This is a warning to all real estate professionals about a company operating under several names: "AgentX," "E8 Labs," and "Agent Box," owned by Noah Nega and Jacoby Wright. Realtors, be cautious of these individuals and their companies—they are deceptive in their practices, and it’s likely they will rebrand again in the future to avoid accountability.

We signed up for their so-called AI-powered cold-calling services, initially priced at $500 per month, only to find ourselves bombarded with hidden fees and additional costs. Unbeknownst to us, their service was cobbled together using other technologies like Twilio, which we were required to set up ourselves. This setup was confusing, time-consuming, and resulted in rapidly increasing costs. By the time all charges were tallied, we were paying around $1,000 a month—double the advertised cost.

It gets worse. These crooks repeatedly added unauthorized charges and double charges. After we finally ended the service, we discovered that they failed to disable the system on their end, which caused thousands of dollars in extra Twilio charges. When confronted, they conveniently blamed the overages on a "breach" with Twilio—an excuse that seems far too convenient given the situation.

They promised multifamily owner leads but delivered single-family leads that were essentially worthless and could have been sourced for free from Title. They also pressured us into paying for additional "services" upfront, including a website that was never delivered. When we asked for a refund and tried to part ways, they refused to return any of the funds we had spent.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company and these individuals at all costs. Their misleading practices and failure to disclose the true nature of their "service" are designed to exploit realtors and leave them with a hefty bill. We are now preparing necessary legal actions against them, and I urge anyone considering working with them to think twice. Stay vigilant!
